This is the worst experience I've ever had. The person waiting on me had no idea what he was doing and didn't seem to care either. I walked out and went to a real Verizon store, where there was expertise assistance.

Needed help transferring an eSIM over and had troubles for two days. Took it here and Joey was awesome about getting the line transferred over and made it very easy and hassle free. Thanks a lot!!!

Went in with my wife back in September to trade in our phones. We both upgraded our phones the same exact day, had our new phones on the same exact receipt and received them the same day. My wife received a trade in credit for her line but I never did. I kept going back to rectify the situation and was told that their store manager was at a different location. I went in two different times and both workers claimed to have emailed the manager and that they need her to override and fix this problem. The manager never got back to me after more phone calls. I kept being told by the associates that she would reach out and that I needed to wait until the next billing cycle for it to go through. It is now 6 months later and a DM finally got back to me and directed me to the Customer Service Line for Russell Cellular. They told me that they never received my phone, that there is no paper trail of an upgrade (even though I have a receipt with both our numbers on it AND I have the new phone) nor is there camera footage of me leaving my phone behind (there was a camera right above the desk we were being helped at). I am currently out $830 because the associates did not do their job correctly when upgrading my line.

Couldn't help us establish a new line and port over a phone number from another account because they weren't a "corporate" store. Ended up on the phone for 3 hours to get it all worked out, simple because of the way Verizon chooses to do business. Would not recommend.

Worst service ever! I've been there 7x and still get the run around abiut charges on my bill. They keep telling me only the manager can help but she has been moved to a different location. Promised phone calls never received. Latest visit I was told new DM hired since the former wasn't doing their job.

I cancelled my FIOS by Verizon customer service line when they couldn't provide me with anything more than 100Mbps in my neighborhood. Even I had been paying for 1Gb plan since April. No help on that either. So, CSR when I cancelled told me to drop it off at local Verizon store, gave me this address and everything. So, I was in the store around 2p today, brought a box to drop off the Fios equipment. Stood there for about 5 minutes , couldn't even get an acknowledgement of my presence. So, I left with box still in hand. The hours online say 9a til 8p so I came after work at 722p and doors are locked and employee inside is cleaning. Wth? Terrible customer service. Verizon getting my business back ever is about as unlikely as it gets. And I will tell all my local family and friends, not to bother coming to this store. I mean, you are in retail customer service. Acknowledge the customer, advise you are busy, and give a turn around time for providing assistance. It's not that hard to give a kind smile. No customer you are currently helping is going to penalize you for doing a basic human decency function in retail.

Open 9a -8p according to the website, had to swap out a FiOS box. No one here, lights are off, door is locked, and UPS delivery notice on the door. No sign stating they're closed or on break. Thanks for making me drive here and waste my lunch break...

Associates were fine but be warned this is NOT an authorized Verizon retailer (as I learned directly through Verizon customer service). Russell Cellular (the actual company at work here) will charge you for sending your activation info to Verizon, then Verizon will charge you again for activating your phone. No one will tell you on the upfront that you'll be effectively double charged. Lesson learned, won't bother going back.

I can't believe this place. The signage says Verizon but this is not a Verizon owned or run store. It's some poorly run, maintained and staffed sub-contractor that Verizon uses as an equipment pickup and drop-off point for FIOS TV equipment.The place is filthy, old junk equipment just piled up everywhere and an incompetent useless staff.I have done many Yelp reviews with very few with one star. Regardless of how bad a business may be, I try to find some good and make recommendations to management as to how to improve. But the only recommendation is can honestly make is for Verizon Coroprate to get rid of this contractor.I do have a recommensation for anyone planning to upgrade or replace existing FIOS equipment. Spend the $10 and have it shipped to you and the return of old equipment is free shipping, just bring everything to a ups store and they will package it up and ship it back to Verizon.They ended up not having all my eqiopment so I finally did just that. I went home, called Verizon and switched from pick-up to shipping.it was delivered 2 days later.

Update to our experience the other day. We contacted Verizon directly to tell them the problems we had with this location and see if there was a solution. First off they told us that there was no reason that they couldn't have given us all of our equipment. They even tried contacting the store themselves but ran into the same problem we did. No one answered the phone and voicemail mail was full. The representative we spoke to at Verizon said he would definitely report this issue. Bottom line, he canceled our whole order and processed a new one. (Thank you Verizon!) This will be shipped directly to our house (with shipping fees waived) and we'll never have to go back to this location. Still a 1 star for this location but a 5 star for Verizon customer service.
