Update: Horrible experience here. You walk in and they order you to sign in with the QR code, and don't want to hear that you can't because your phone won't turn on. I had taken the SIM card out because the phone wouldn't turn on and I wanted access on an old phone. Apparently without the SIM card in the newest phone, I don't exist anymore. I couldn't get my phone repaired because they said there are no technicians with Verizon. They only replace phones. But they cannot replace mine because they cannot confirm the issue. And I also can't buy a new one because they can't find me in the system. I gave the guy my phone number a dozen times and he kept reading back every other number on the plan and I'm like no that's this person. How is the account manager not findable? I got the access code from another member on the line but they still said I didn't exist and therefore I couldn't buy a new phone. But I won't exist until I have a phone that can turn on with my SIM card. The guy just didn't care. When I first asked if I could just buy a phone instead of fixing it, he was like I guess if you want to today... No sense of wanting to help. I asked for clarification of how I'm supposed to buy a new phone if they can't bring my account up and he just shrugged and walked away so I said I guess I'll try another store. He was rude and no help. I went home and upgraded my phone on the Verizon app without his help. Why couldn't he do that in store?Old review: I consistently get amazing service here. The most recent time, Andrew was incredibly patient with my mother. He tried really hard to answer her questions in a way she could understand and stayed a few minutes after closing to finish up what he was doing for her and answered my questions about my current plan too while helping her. He was honest in his recommendations in what we needed and saved us money.

Tuesday 12/19/2023 6-7 PM staff, SIM card randomly gave out on me. Guy helping me did not know how to properly help. Woman with glasses had extremely rude tone speaking to me as if I'm a toddler. Thank goodness for the manager who had a great big smile on his face who came to the rescue! Appreciate you

What an awful experience I had at this store just yesterday. The gentleman (I am being extremely kind by calling him that, as there are other words that would fit him much better) was extremely rude and condescending to me for no reason whatsoever. Due to the fact that this store is a retailer and not an authorized dealer, I drove out there, to take care of my bill as I had been having issues paying by use of the app, and by phone. This "gentleman" was behind the desk on his tablet, and looked up at me as if I was being an inconvenience to him. I told him I would like to pay my bill. It was clear to me that he didn't want to be bothered. "He said why don't you pay it via the app or by phone?" I explained that I was having issues with the app as well as my phone. He finally showed me the machine and told me I could use this to pay, which I did. I was also having an issues getting my phone to work, but since he did not want to help, I waited 10 minutes for another employee to help me. Given the fact that I pay Verizon a lot of money, and I don't deserve to be treated like this, I am going to switch to another carrier.

We have been with Verizon since 1995. We received a 7,900 dollar bill. I have been calling every other day for a month. They say they will call u back and solve this billing problem but they never do. If they treat a loyal customer of 28 years like this. Imagine how they would treat you as a new customer. If someone from Verizon want to help me with this billing problem I would appreciate it

Absolutely horrible experience. Customer service was inexcusably bad, clear lack of basic skills or training. Went in to discuss my Google Pixel 7 Pro overheating (to a point where I can't hold it) and poor battery life. Rep first asked what I do when it heats up, which is simply using an app or 2. She said "oh that's normal" ... Really a top model phone can't handle an app without melting down? Sparing the rest of the reps poor attempts to address my concern, she ended with saying "Verizon has no responsibility for the phone" (even though it purchased there) and I should contact Google ... Oh and "Verizon sells the service not the phone" ... Again really, I'm pretty sure my money for the phone went to Verizon not Google when I bought the phone. So stuck with a piece of junk phone. Don't waste time at this store.

My review is on behalf of a very dear friend who just had a devastating house fire and is now living out of a hotel. I wish giving zero stars was an option. I am so incredibly disgusted by their experience. #verizon you should be ashamed of yourself and the employees at the Niagara Falls Blvd store in Buffalo NY should be required to take a human decency training or better yet be fired. When someone comes to you with a devastating story they just experienced commission and upselling should be the last thing on your mind. Below is the recap of their horrible experience... I went to the #Verizon store on Niagra Falls Blvd in Buffalo to request a home service internet box so that I could have private/reliable internet. I explained that my house was in a fire and I lived in a hotel. They advised me that the device I requested wouldn't work in a hotel and upsold me on a jetpack. They didn't tell me that once I opened the device, I would be charged a re-stocking fee if I returned it. Whereas the device I specifically asked for does not carry a restocking fee. So, if I took the device I had asked for and it didn't work I could have brought it back hassle-free. Instead, I go back to the hotel with the jetpack open it up and start charging it per the instructions of the store. I explain to my brother what happened and he immediately is questioning how that makes any sense and calls Verizon and they advise him the home internet device should work in a hotel unlike what they told me in the store. So, he orders the home device and I go to the same store to pick it up and explain that they informed me incorrectly and attempted to return the jetpack. They then tell me about the re-stocking fee which I called BS on b/c I specifically asked for another device and was sold one I didn't need b/c I was in a vulnerable situation. They told me there was nothing they could do and again advised that they didn't think the home internet would work at a hotel and told me to go back with both devices and test it out and then come back and return the one I didn't need. So, I go to the hotel and my brother sets up the new device and what do you know - it works. I go BACK to Verizon for the 3rd time and tried to return the device and they refused to drop the restocking fee or refund me for the one month of service and refunded me $36.99 out of a $116.98 bill. Obviously extremely upset I questioned why they wouldn't return the full refund when I specifically asked for another device and was sold one I didn't need and they told me to call customer service and get a credit on my bill.

Kayli assisted me last week with fixing my iPhone 13 because there was an issue with the SIM card. She was very knowledgeable and offered detailed information on the new iphones arriving this fall. She was pleasant, not pushy and very helpful. Please consider her as your sales rep if you visit this location. I will be upgrading soon!!

Been here for over 20 mins getting my number changed over … there’s 7 customers waiting and every employee is in the back for at least 5 mins while everyone waits with no employees on the floor … I’m still here currently waiting…

I was told by Verizon customer representative on the phone that this store would help me with my concern and they made detailed notes on my account for the store to refer to. The guy in the store (Greg) heard my story once and decided that he couldn't help me no matter what and turned me away. He vehemently refused to even look at the notes on my account which were important as per the customer service rep on the phone. Go to a different store rather than wasting your time with people who think they know everything.

The rep that helped me was amazing, my phone wasn’t working and I had issues becoming an authorized user on my account but he guided me through it step by step,The manager on the other hand was completely awful, very rude and inconsiderate, I would have been stuck at the store all day if it wasn’t for the representative that helped me out.

Diane was amazing. She helped me sort a problem out, we spent some time on the billing. She was great.
