My 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid presented with an atypical engine noise during cold starts, which diminished as the engine reached operating temperature. Acting upon favorable online reviews, I drove to their auto repair shop. Their diagnostic assessment quickly pinpointed the problem as a deteriorated engine mount. The subsequent repair was executed with notable professionalism, and the customer service, under the direction of Chris, was exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment for any automotive needs.

I was recommended here by my coworker and grandfather and i can happily say im going to now be recommending this shop from now on also. Honest owner who took the time to help me figure out what parts to order and i have to say this place also has The Fairest Prices In western NY. These guys installed 10 car parts in a day and a half. Thank you guys for restoring my escalades ride quality next time im having an issue you guys will be the first on my list to call.

Highly Recommended for your Auto Repair. The Fairest Prices In buffalo or surrounding areas, I'm from Hamburg, NY and after going here, I won't go anywhere else. The other shops in the area price gouge and double the part prices, dishonesty within most of the shops around (I've been to over 15 and all the same- double the cost). A new customer for life.

Fair pricing, good service. Being a woman always afraid of being taken advantage of while dealing with car repairs.
