The staff and service at Vital Pharmacy always seems to be top notch. Everyone is always curteous and helpful whenever I call with questions or concerns about my prescriptions. They've been very accomodating to administer vaccines for me and my family and even have filled scripts for my pets! Top notch service and pricing! I'll definitely be back!

Good prices, Bad customer service.I specifically called Vital inquiring about the price of a certain prescription and was given no notice that they would not be able to fill that prescription. I did not find out until after I went through the process of switching pharmacies and having the prescription sent in. It would have been nice if someone could've mentioned it sooner or maybe offered a solution. It did not feel as if there was any effort to support me as a customer. Make sure they can actually fill your prescriptions before you switch pharmacies!

We were able to get 1 hour PCRs for travel to Canada done here with no appointment and for a reasonable price $140. They have on-site labs which make the turnaround quicker than other places who ship them out. Polite and friendly. Highly recommend for anyone crossing the border.

Pleasant atmosphere, knowledgeable staff. No standard Rite aid type retail. There is a Starbucks in the building if you are having to wait. We got our Covid boosters here.

I am a Canadian Citizen staying in the United States for 4 days and trying to get a Rapid Antigen test. When I got there with my wife, I was greeted by the Staff (NATALIE) and did not have to wait 3 minutes to fill out my Information. She was very friendly and helpful and has great customer relation skills. I had ask for a printout of my test results and I got my test results within 15 Minutes on my phone messages so I went back inside and she had the results printed and ready for me to pick up. The price for the test was very reasonable compared with other test clinics. I will recommend this place because of the friendliness of the staff and the fast efficient service I received.

We were traveling to Canada and needed a PCR Covid test prior to entry. After computer problems at another pharmacy chain and results not sent to us in the promised 1-2 days at yet another pharmacy chain; I found Vital Pharmacy online. We walked in, signed up, got our tests (we did have to pay) and received our results in just over 30 minutes!! We were able to cross the border at Niagara Falls with no issues. Great place to get your Covid test for travel!
