Worst service ever - i have two baby one 4& half years old & one 8 months old. Both are sick . We discharged 6:30 from children hospital than I came hare to pickup my medicine 💊 .I am waiting 6:40 to 8pm they’re didi not ready my medicine ,my baby’s are with me after few minutes they said come 10pm 🕙 I went they’re 10 pm but still not ready waiting another 30 minutes.
Services not professionalism 😡😡😡😡😡😡never go again please 🙏

Pharmacy is TERRIBLY understaffed. There is no time when picking up a script that you won't have a long wait and there is invariably 1 person working. Shame on you, Walgreens corporate!

They seriously need to hire more people every time I come in this place they have literally 1 person working the counter and lines damn near to the back of the store it never fails it’s literally every time I come to this pharmacy to pick up medication

I love going to the pharmacy at this place. However they are overwhelmingly understaffed. But they do try to help as much as possible which is appreciated.

I waited in an empty line at pharmacy 4 workers on Thursday night at 8:45pm December 26th 2024. Nobody acknowledged me and when I asked if there was someone to help they said yes n 15min later STILL NO HELP!!!!!
Workers on this shift should be ashamed. I'm just curious what happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE!!?!?!?!?

Very unimpressed by this Walgreens lately. 5-10 years ago it was relatively nice and well kept, but in recent years, the parking lot is always full of trash, half the items are locked up and there are never any staff members available to unlock them, and they are often out of stock on basic things. Generally seems to be poorly run... However, unfortunately they're pretty much the only drug store left in the City of Buffalo so residents have little choice other than deal with this place.

Completely empty shelves!! Don’t know how they are still open with nothing in stock.
When I asked a staff member for assistance in finding something, she said “I don’t even know what you’re talking about but everything we have is in the aisle” and didn’t offer any help…

Was on hold for the pharmacy department for over 40 minutes. Last 30 minutes the automatic voice was telling me that I was one caller ahead. Eventually I gave up. Probably will switch my pharmacy.

I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with the service I received. Despite being forced to assign a rating of 1 star, I firmly believe it warrants 0. The hour-long hold time was unacceptable, especially considering the lack of support provided. Your staff's rudeness was unwarranted. I'm experiencing discomfort and was neglected, appreciation for the absence of aid.
