Slower than molasses on a cold day. Their Pharmacy is just a circus of nonsense. They'll leave you standing there for half an hour. The one by my house is a lot more organized. The one in Cheektowaga.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with their passport photo service. All I needed was a simple digital copy, but they insisted on charging me $18 for a print I didn’t want. On top of that, they couldn’t even deliver a proper passport-sized photo—instead, I was handed a full-sized picture that’s utterly useless. It’s shocking how incompetent and undertrained the staff are. This level of service is unacceptable and a complete waste of time and money!

I went there to get a passport picture taken but I wasn’t aware of the fact that this Walgreen’s employees were beyond clueless. Three different employees took my pictures three times and then i had enough because they didn’t know how to print pictures. Thank you so much for wasting my time. Terrible customer service and bad attitude employees.

01-08-2025 around 9:40 to 10:00 AM I went with the intention of printing a document, the lady tells me that she does not print, I answered that I know that they do not print that I only want to print, she very uncomfortable asks me how I want to print it, I told her that I will take a photo, then my license comes out and she in an altered voice says that she will not print it because they do not print licenses, I asked her if she was willing to print the document, that I was not going to print the license, I saw her so unwilling or putting so many buts in an altered voice that I preferred not to continue so as not to continue bothering her. What a great service, maybe because I am an immigrant, later she will say that she did not understand my accent

my DR sent a prescription of HIGH BLOOD pressure medicine at 8am today and its not 5:34pm, after calling they told me they were 200 scrips behind and they would not get to it today.... when were you going to tell me? why didn't you call and inform people to try another location. as a Pharmacy the should know not taking them can case heart attack or stroke, I know The Hippocratic Oath is only for physicians but i couldn't get a heads up, a text?

Came in to buy diabetic test strips advertised as over the counter on the website. I come in the store before pharmacy opens and get told they’re all locked up but need to wait for the pharmacy to be open. Then was told it would be even longer because “pharmacist is having car problems” I left to go to elsewhere

Went to go buy a Metgo card since this store is listed as having them. The cashier didn't even really look into it and just said she didn't think they had any or what they were. If they don't have any, they should have themselves removed from the list. I suspect they do have them but the cashier didn't want to go get one.

This store has a pnc cash station that i come in to use. I can't afford to shop there. I don't care for the walgeens brand. Previous problems with prescripsions

Serenity is the most unprofessional pharmacy tech. ..second time now this happened with her...I picked up my medications..she does zero follow up afterward and just leaves ..then I found out I was missing one medication. Sat at the window for 10 minutes waiting for her to come back..she finally came back ..I told her my complaint..and told her this is the 2nd time this has happened with her...she combated me and claimed she never saw me before...well, with the amount of customers they get...she may not have remembered...but I remembered her. I asked for a supervisor...she still combated my complaint with Supervisor Melanie present. Supervisor retrieved my other medication that Serenity didn't give me that was clearly ready for distribution..Melanie apologized for Serenity...and that's great, but she shouldn't have had to. Melanie was nothing but wonderful and apologetic regarding her staff member..Serenity has zero customer service ettiquite..and missed an entire medication in which it is her duty to ensure a client has retrieved...and in addition displayed herself in a negative confrontational manner with a customer when she actually fell short on her end as a worker. We all make mistakes and that is okay. It was her overall demeanor regarding it that really ruined everything.A pharmacy should not have this kind of combative person working with the public and thier medications that are detrimental to their health.

I mean, it's a Walgreens. Can't expect much. They're out of stock on every essential cold relief medicine whenever I go there. My prescription always gets delayed and is never filled when I pick it up. I took passport photos there, and the guy took them half-assed but they seemed to be the right size - wrong! Got my passport rejected because they didn't take the picture correctly. Gotta say picking up prints and photos always works well, haven't had a problem yet.

The coolers have been down for two months the supervisor or manager is not doing what needs to be done to get the coolers working. If the was a Walgreens in a certain area it would have been taken care of in the matter of days not months.

Just had hernia surgery and I am in so much pain and the pharmacist closes the pharmacy early because of "unforeseen" emergency! Like really!!! You can't have someone come and cover for you and in the meantime I can not get my pain meds for serve surgery pain!!!
