I’ve been using this location as my primary pharmacy for a few years and always had a positive experience working with the staff here. Today, though, I had an exceptionally wonderful interaction with Dhavan who was able to help me get my prescription filled same-day before I went on vacation so I didn’t have to go without my medication. This place is great!

I started coming to Wegmans after I was having issues with another pharmacy I was going to in the area. When I tell you the experience is night and day. Every person I’ve spoken to either on the phone or in person has treated me with nothing but kindness and have gone above and beyond to assist me in my needs.

Had a refill request for eyedrops prescribed by my ophthalmologist.
Supply chain issues forced me to wait for the med to become available.
A search discovered they were available at another Wegmans Pharmacy but it was a twenty minute drive to get there, more than I thought I could do. Since they were unwilling to retrieve it to my local Wegmans Pharmacy for me, I had to call my doctor for a new prescription to be filled at my local Tops Pharmacy, which had my med in stock.
No blame here. Just a suggestion for better inter-pharmacy coordination for the benefit of the consumer.
