The woman who was originally cashing us out was extremely rude. (Mixed complexion, curly hair, average height and build.) She pushed us aside so another clerk could ring us up, only to take the next person in line instead. That would’ve been fine if we were being difficult but we were just trying to buy a dress! The entire time she made little remarks under her breath and smirked down at her keyboard, which felt very unprofessional. Ironically, she wasn’t much friendlier to the woman behind us either.
The only reason this isn’t a one-star review is because everyone else in the store was fantastic. The associate who stepped in to help us was warm, funny, and made the checkout experience enjoyable again. The dressing room attendants were also super friendly and attentive.
If customer service isn’t a role you enjoy, there are plenty of other positions out there but the rest of the staff truly deserve recognition for their kindness and professionalism.

I needed a gold purse for my daughter’s wedding. I believe her name was Josie, she had dark brown hair and she was petite. Anyway, I asked for help because I was only able to locate 1 gold purse and it didn’t go with my dress. She went above and beyond on a hunt, throughout the entire store, and told me she had seem some gold purses that were In a box a few weeks ago. After about 10 minutes of looking, she located the box that she had been looking for!!! She found me 3 more purses to choose from and I was able to find the perfect gold purse! Thank you again, Josie! It’s customer service like this that is so rare these days and she needs to be acknowledged. Had it not been for her being the only employee who willingly helped me, I would have left and spent money elsewhere.

THE WORKER WENT INTO MY DRESSING ROOM! Terrible service went into my dressing room to take dresses from me! no apology or explanation! The girl running the dressing room african american, green top, jeans, slick back pony, with blemishes. Worked 9/20 at noon! worst windsor ever I have been shopping here for years and have never had an experience at any other location

Absolutely terrible customer service! Wouldn’t let customers switch out sizes. Which I have never experienced at any store; if it doesn’t happen to be the rule, the employees don’t have to be so nasty And just plain rude about it.
There was an employee wearing one of those high cut body suits, she had black pants on, unbuttoned and folded down. So unprofessional looking. Unprofessional customer interactions and unprofessional appearance.
Apparently Windsor galleria doesn’t have any standards.

From other comments I can assure you this store has not gotten any better. Got there at 7:35…they CLOSE at 8 but she wouldn’t let me try two dresses on that would have taken me 5 min., saying the dressing room closed at 7:30…ridiculous. As I hung the dresses back on the rack I heard her say loudly to the other clerk people have all day to shop but they wait til the last minute. She was unbelievably rude. Never again

Shyane made my day! I went to cash out and she immediately told me she recognized me, I let her know I shop here a lot and she even noticed my hair cut! That made me feel special and showed me how attentive she is. She helped me make sure I was satisfied with my purchase as I told her it was for my birthday coming up and she gave me a 15% off coupon to say happy early birthday. Shyane you made my entire day thank you thank you thank you

I had the worst experience because of an extremely rude associate. Never going to any Windsor location again since they clearly have no standards on what is acceptable behavior from their employees.

Very rude employees! There’s a dirty blonde girl in particular who always says something rude to me when I go in there. Can’t believe she still works there, this is ridiculous.

Absolute awful experience. I went with my friend the other day and one of the employees was just so rude. She yelled that one of us was getting in her way. I’m very shy and have quite a lot of anxiety, so I started having a panic attack. She walked away after a bit and started mocking my panicking. I didn’t catch her name, but she was a dirty blonde with maybe some brunette lowlights or something, on the taller side, and wore a lightening McQueen jacket. I mean the outfit itself was atrocious and a disgrace to fashion, but her personality didn’t have to match. 0/5 stars would be generous, but google doesn’t allow 0 star reviews.

Staff is horrifically rude. There’s a woman in particular that has been called out for berating a customer when she dropped an item, but when I visited she had the snarkiest attitude I’ve ever seen from a so called “professional”. Windsor will not be a hospitable until she is GONE.

Horrible and RUDE staff. Saw one of the workers berating a customer and mocking her for something that had dropped ON ACCIDENT. I don’t know how y’all stay open with such rude staff.
