Hillick & Hobbs Estate is a winery on Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes region, focused on crafting world-class dry Riesling. The estate features beautiful vineyards and stunning views overlooking the lake, with a cozy modern wooden barn. It is a unique winery that only produces Rieslings, and the wine is very good and excellent. The staff is great, wonderful, super friendly, and knowledgeable. Visitors can enjoy tastings and delicious charcuteries. The setting offers spectacular views from the east side of Seneca Lake, with many noting it has the nicest views on the wine trail. It is a great addition and a highly recommended visit.

Views were immaculate. Plenty of outside and inside seating. Much more upscale than some of the other wineries I visited but not enough to scare you away. The server was very knowledgeable and gave great descriptions of the wines.

Gorgeous view, very quiet and low key. My only advice is to provide a list of the wine that is being tasted. Easier to order a rake away bottle. It was hard to remember the 5 different tastings we were told 😁
