Our exhaust system went out on our trip, and Ken Barrett’s service department took us in 1st thing on a Monday morning and fixed our 2023 Chevy Traverse under our warranty, no problem. We were in and out in 1.5 hours. Would recommend this dealers service department, they were courteous and very easy to work with!”

“These guys are heroes. Had a sensor malfunctioning that locked up parking brake on the car during a 1200 mi road trip. They diagnosed problem and did repair immediately, saving us from who knows how long delay (likely days). Open on a Saturday until 5. And friendly too. And then they declined a fee because it was just a clip! I paid them anyway”
“The service I received at the Gerber Collision location in Bergen was exceptional from my first contact with Michelle. I explained to her a tree limb had fallen on my car. She took my information and called me back to say they could get me in right away. They kept me informed of the progress every other day. After I picked up my car I had a minor problem with a door lock. I called them and they said to bring my car in and they would take a look at it. I was in and out of there in less than a half hour with problem solved thanks to Dalton. Their customer service is amazing. So glad to have my car back looking great! “Mike and his team are good people. Very knowledgeable and professional. I had a unique situation where my vehicle had some electrical issues caused by water damage. Mike’s team dealt with my insurance company despite the insurance company wanting to delay the process. He made sure the vehicle was repaired right and that it had everything it needed to get it back on the road. It was quite a long process. My only complaint is that the communication was not as great as I would’ve hoped.”

They were fully booked for the day but understood my situation and helped me out anyways. They got me on the road asap no more then 1 hr with them. “Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto mechanic. Nick was fantastic! Very polite, patient, and professional. He dealt with all my questions and concerns without judgment and really took the time to listen and look at my van.
I went in a little nervous since I didn’t have a referral, but he never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of… which was one of my biggest fears. He was honest, straightforward, and made the whole experience stress-free.
