They were fully booked for the day but understood my situation and helped me out anyways. They got me on the road asap no more then 1 hr with them. Very happy with there service and would recommend them 100%”

Our exhaust system went out on our trip, and Ken Barrett’s service department took us in 1st thing on a Monday morning and fixed our 2023 Chevy Traverse under our warranty, no problem. They were able to check the car for me (late on a Friday), and reassured me that the car would not break down on the trip home. Once the part came in they were able to get the car all fixed up.”

Called them from where we stopped and they had us come in right away - checked everything and topped all fluids. Said car was good to go and no issues and only charged us the minimal amount. Very friendly and amazing/honest service.”

“These guys are heroes. Had a sensor malfunctioning that locked up parking brake on the car during a 1200 mi road trip. They diagnosed problem and did repair immediately, saving us from who knows how long delay (likely days). Open on a Saturday until 5. And friendly too. And then they declined a fee because it was just a clip! I paid them anyway”
