“I have a 2020 Silverado that I purchased at Barrett /chevy. This last visit was for brake work. The service manager quoted me an amount for front rotors and pads. When the work was completed, the final price was slightly higher than the quote. Without asking, she adjusted the price down to match the quote that was given. I have always received good service at a reasonable price, and the staff are courteous and friendly. I will continue to buy and service my vehicle at Barrett/chevy.”

“I was referred to Mr. Richenberg by two friends. I was told by a Ford dealer in Orleans County (who charged me $99 just to LOOK at it) that to fix the problem where my Ford Escape wouldn't come out of park I needed a $450 part to replace the whole shifting assembly. ( I didn't even ASK them about fixing my cruise control that stopped working.) Took it to Mr Richenberg - and HE tested the car, and said I needed a $30 brake light switch replaced - and that that might also fix the cruise control problem. I told him to replace the switch and then we'd see if we needed another part for the cruise or not. Well, the brake light switch DID fix both problems. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Richenberg Repair. Honest and efficient people. MOST SATISFIED.”
