“Got a cold greek sub with everything on it and it was absolutely heavenly! The innards to bread ration was beyond perfection. The customer service was phenomenal. Very warm, light-hearted and kind. I will definitely be making it a point to come here more often. Especially since Southside deli isn't what it used to be.”

“Love the new Pharmacist! She is beyond sweet and knowledgeable . She took the time to explain my new script despite being the lone employee . Her name was Elissa I think that was how she spelled it!”
“Pretty small store but that shouldn’t stop you from stopping by. Got a slice of pizza and some pasta salad for lunch as I am on the go. Drinks where cold and the employees are friendly. They have a bathroom in the corner but I didn’t have to visit.”

“Oh what a wonderful and welcoming staff member that worked the morning of 9/27/25! I didn't know how to use their new fresh bean grinding coffee machine and she took the time to show me how and she talked as if she knew me forever. THAT is customer service skills at it's best! Look forward to her training people as she is excellent! Take goooooood care of her Speedway, she is an asset!”

“This gas station has changed management and the owner of the gas station has changed. They are better than the previous management. I recommend visiting it. All the bad evaluation is from the previous management.”
“Definitely the better gas station in Bergen! Everyone is always in a good mood and they have a great selection.
Sometimes I get stale snacks so I think inventory replenishment could improve”

“Jeffrey in carry out deserves a promotion or a raise! I worked retail 11 years and know how customer service should be, and he went above and beyond for me! I ordered a breakfast pizza and it wasn't done in the time frame he had told me over the phone, he asked me if there was any dessert I was thinking about getting tonight and offered to pay for it out of his own pocket because he had felt bad for making me wait, I kindly declined, but that is an employee you want to keep around- good customer service is hard to come by these days and his was the best I have received from anyone, anywhere in a very long time!”
“I was kinda super nervous before the Rona shot # 1, so much so that I could hardly figure out how to enter my birthdate for the in person registration step. The check in host was capable and unflappable, which is just what I needed.”
“Even though it is a Kwik Fill, it is a mom and pop kind of place. They have 4 pumps and a store. The store was small but had a lot of goods inside. Even though the station is on a corner its more like on peninsula. The employees were friendly”

“I love crosby's and I was happy when we got one in Batavia. This store is great. Love the coffee, pizza and the service. Staff is all wonderful. They are pleasant and happy and they always make me feel welcome and special. Also I love the cleanliness of the store and the new parking lot. Great job .”

“Couldn't really complain about this place I bought some pre-made foods that were delicious I remember when this location was a Wilson farms there wasn't many coffee pots made, but the cashier was very nice I was in the store last night about 10PM very nice and cool under pressure. Like I said I stopped in to get a quick bite and this store delivered I will go here again when I need a trip away from home for a quick stop.”

“My first Quicklees experience, and it was a very pleasant one. While the inside looks like all the other modern roadside fuel, snack and go places, with the notable exception of a pocket Tim Hortons for java and donuts, the gas station piece is a nice upgrade from the traditional. It is bright and electronic and easy to use. EV charging stations are present and in use. The only downside came from the effect of cold weather on the gas pump touch screens. Although it quicklee accepted my credit card, the level of octane needed wouldn't respond to my fingers touch/push. I had to return inside to ask the cashier for help. She was friendly and recognized the problem as my hands being too dry and cold for the screen to respond. She rubbed her hands against her clothing and tactiled the appropriate part of the screen. The light for the premium grade went on and I was in business. She turned an annoyance into a learning moment with her response and positivity. Now I know. Quicklees has a lot of promise. Of course, having a Timmy's inside every operation is also a good thing.”

“Gas is on par with other places in area. The breakfast pizza was good this morning. Crosbys has been a go to place to stop when I’m traveling for work. They are pretty consistent. I didn’t use the bathroom here so I couldn’t tell ya how it is but the store was pretty good”

“I was having a horrible day trying to just get a ham and cheese sub, a very polite young women named koryn greeted me and held a conversation while making my sub, it’s the little things in life that can make someone’s day better and this was one of them!! Very good job to that young women and the store for hiring a representative like her!”

“My family and I have been using this CVS for almost 10 years. The staff is always lovely, especially the pharmacy employees. If we do have any issues with a prescription, they are beyond helpful trying to fix it. The drive through IS very slow, as other reviewers stated, but it only takes a few minutes to walk in and grab your prescription if you are able. I highly recommend this CVS, specifically the pharmacy!”

“This particular crosbys is okay definitely could use some improvements especially with the sub sandwiches we came ordered two subs took forever to get the turkey on mine was completely gross I've never seen cold turkey lunch meat the awful color it was our subs where terrible definitely don't get a sub here waste of money”
