TOPS is a clean, well-stocked store with everything you could ever need. It is small and quaint, reminding some of their hometown. The customer service can be amazing, with employees going above and beyond, offering genuine care. However, there is often not a single register open, relying on self-checkout machines which some customers despise. The store's community feel is highlighted by acts of kindness, like a stranger helping others pay. While it has improved from being run down, the lack of open registers is a noted downside. Overall, it provides an amazing experience for many.
Staff friendly. New self check out scanners are great at Spencerport location.

Staff was so helpful, when I couldn't find something. They took me right to it. Check out was easy and helpful. So nice they still do the old school, where there is someone at check out and someone to help bag. Keep it up Tops!!!

Just stopped in to use restroom. Had to pee. In my brief visit, seen 2 cashiers on their phones not paying attention to anyone. The restroom was nice. Very clean. Conveniently located right in the front of the store. Hand soap dispenser was missing. But they did put a bottle of hand soap on the counter. So that was nice.
