“One of the only bases I've been stationed at that actually offers apartments on base for unaccompanied Soldiers. It has a very nice aesthetic and they don't automatically take your entire BAH. I had a very limited amount of time to move out of the barracks and into an apartment before attending a TDY course, and the leasing office was very flexible and helped me expedite the process.”
“Me and my roommate absolutely love this place, Lisa, our leasing lady, is wonderful. She’s extremely friendly and helpful and I can say the same about their maintenance man Chris. He is the only maintenance guy who actually does a good job and isn’t rude like the other one is.”
“I'm only giving 5 stars for the maintenance guys Dylan and Francisco. They are the real MVP of eagel ridge. They came to replace my sliding screen door and ended up fixing my faucet in the bathtub/ shower that hasn't worked the full 2 years I lived her. I was even told that it couldn't work because of the dryer placement from a previous maintenance person. Now I have two working showers! Thank you both so much!”
“Excelente service ! They help my mom to have a apartment and talk all the details in Spanish ( my mom language) all the details well explain a smooth process, thanks to Vilmary Rivera”
“Military friendly. Staff was super friendly and always responsive. Cheryl took care of me for several years and Tommy took care of me for the short time we got to know each other. I just wish I had a more thoughtful and kind upstairs neighbor. Loved stomping.... like.... literally stomping around, having a bunch of people over every weekend, and threw snow on my car after I took hours to shovel it. Then proceeded to use the space I re-shoveled to park her Mercedes when I went 5 minutes over to target. Or the occasional pouring water from her patio so much that it was falling on the older lady that lived below me*. Just a nasty spirited individual. Everyone else in the building was kind and understood Community rules but you will get those one or two that should just get their own home away from people and should not be in apartment complexes. Hopefully the next resident is a patient individual because I can see her causing more unnecessary drama with someone else. The building managers did do a good job in addressing unruly residents though. Other than that I can't say my experience with Beaver Meadows was bad.”
“Lived there for 3 years. Josh the landlord was the friendliest guy you could meet. His maintenance crew were professional and competent. The community is mostly military and very quiet. I saw law enforcement presence only one time in my entire time living there. Roads are plowed well during the winter. Apartments themselves are neat and roomy. A hidden gem. Only downside is a racetrack nearby they you can hear, but the only operate Saturdays for a few hours during the short summer. You can't go wrong renting here.”
“With the way Mike and Val run woodcliff they do a phenomenal job! And the maintenance team is absolutely amazing never moved to a place where everyone cared so much and I'm not just saying that to say it they honestly have went above and beyond with any complaint iv had about something and they are all amazing people the neighborhoods are very quiet and comes together amazing iv met some of the sweets neighbors here and made amazing friends with a lot of people I definitely recommend moving to woodcliff if you want an amazing environment that's close to fort drum”
