“One of the only bases I've been stationed at that actually offers apartments on base for unaccompanied Soldiers. It has a very nice aesthetic and they don't automatically take your entire BAH. I had a very limited amount of time to move out of the barracks and into an apartment before attending a TDY course, and the leasing office was very flexible and helped me expedite the process.”

“This apartment is really pretty and quiet in a good neighborhood, best location. We were worry a lot before move in cause we rent the room from another state without seeing the apartment or the area. Lisa was really sweet and helpful. We got some problems to fix when we moved in, but the maintenance people are very polite, kind and nice. They took and action very fast everytime I requested maintenance. We love this apartment and happy to move here.”

“Hey guys! I will speak for myself and for most of my battle buddies. I have been residing here in beaver for 5yrs and always return back here after deployment or a long TDY. Nowhere else in Watertown look out for service member more than they do. You get a 50% discount while on orders or long TDY if you choose to keep the apartment. On time with maintenance and very very Nice staffs! E.g

“Lived there for 3 years. Josh the landlord was the friendliest guy you could meet. His maintenance crew were professional and competent. The community is mostly military and very quiet. I saw law enforcement presence only one time in my entire time living there. Roads are plowed well during the winter. Apartments themselves are neat and roomy. A hidden gem. Only downside is a racetrack nearby they you can hear, but the only operate Saturdays for a few hours during the short summer. You can't go wrong renting here.”

“With the way Mike and Val run woodcliff they do a phenomenal job! And the maintenance team is absolutely amazing never moved to a place where everyone cared so much and I'm not just saying that to say it they honestly have went above and beyond with any complaint iv had about something and they are all amazing people the neighborhoods are very quiet and comes together amazing iv met some of the sweets neighbors here and made amazing friends with a lot of people I definitely recommend moving to woodcliff if you want an amazing environment that's close to fort drum”
