“Being that the company I am employed at is a locally owned small business, I wanted to take my crashed vehicle to another locally owned business. The people at Delines were awesome to work with. Very good communication and the results of the mechanical and body work were perfect! The vehicle they did repairs on for me is a fleet vehicle and has a wrap with our company logo/information. Delines set up an appointment for that to be fixed with another local business, who also did an awesome job! Delines handled all of the insurance for me as well. I can't say enough good things about Deline's, thank you all again for everything!”

“I'm clubbing like three times a week. Seriously, here all. the. time. between personal and work shopping. Good prices on household items. Rotisserie chicken is tasty and convenient. Half my wardrobe is from their clothing section. Small selection of books, but prices are good on what they do have. Cafe is not to be missed! Brownie sundae is less than $2 and has like two whole brownies and a caramel drizzle in it. Frozen yogurt is tasty and reminds me of a thicker Wendy's frosty. Pizza is pretty decent considering how cheap it is. This location has a new FujiSan sushi station. I've only gotten something from it once, but I enjoyed it. Not the best sushi ever but respectable. Restrooms are usually kept pretty clean. The only thing that really annoys me about this place is that they have recently started asking to see your member card at the door. It's a hassle. It backs up entering traffic. I can't buy anything without a card anyway. Seems kind of pointless to me.”

“Customer service the best out of any tire shop I've been to been coming here for alignment and new tires for the last couple of years since 2021, their alignment warranty is one of the best things that this tire shop has done I have most likely have saved about $1,500 in alignments and I can recommend that warranty to anybody hands down the best thing you will do in Fort Drum for your vehicle on your next alignment make sure you get that added on for an extra hundred bucks and trust me you're not going to regret it cuz every single alignment is around 120 to $150 and after the first extra alignment you do you get your money back so definitely take a look at that.”

“I needed a replacement hatch for my minivan, I looked all over trying to find an exact color match with minimal rust and damage. I found one online at Fenix Parts, at a reasonable price. I dealt with Amanda - her customer service was absolutely amazing - she went above and beyond expectations. Not only did she make sure I got all the parts I needed, but she ensured they were delivered quickly and in sound condition. Once I installed it, the hatch looked original to the van, no one ever guesses it's a replacement!!
