Goodyear Auto Service Centers are full‑service tire and automotive repair stores wholly owned and operated by the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Customers report a clean place with good seating and very friendly staff. The service is fast, great care is taken with each vehicle and discounts are offered where possible. Employees set up excellent tires at a good price and can fit a surprise flat tire quickly to get driving back on the road. State inspections are done thoroughly, even zipping the underneath of a hanging vehicle without asking. Managers work amazing to get booked solid and got lost tires so driving can get home. The service is highly recommend and shows tremendous care for customers.
Amazing customer service. I was in a bind with a blown tire. Same day I called and they were able to squeeze me in last minute. They literally turned my stressful day into a good day. Awesome employees. Thank you!!!

The Service manager Ken at the Arsenal St location went above and beyond to provide top notch service. Had me in and out quick with no problems. I’ll be taking my vehicles here for service from now on.
