My interaction with the team over at Riverhead Mazda service department was so impressive that I came back the following week to purchase a second car!!! Again I was treated with respect and a knowledgeable team effort to ensure my needs were met. Special Thanks to my sales advisor Robyn who made herself available to me even during her time off to answer questions and assisted with connecting me to onsite staff promptly. Gerson (sales manager) worked together seamlessly with Robyn from start of sale until the end. Again Riverhead Mazda Team went way above and beyond!

Phenomenal SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!! Thank you Greg Williams and your ENTIRE Service Team for providing me with respect. After purchasing a Mazda from another dealer in Huntington not only were you able to finally fix an on going issue that I had been having since day of purchase (from them the previous year) but you and your team went above and beyond to rectify my relationship with Mazda after their dealership dismissed and minimized my issue (while failing to present the product that I paid for with my hard earned money). You were HONEST, informative and attentive the moment I walked in which made my experience easy and amazing. Good people are hard to find, thank you for being one. “Last week I suggested to a friend to get a replacement rear seat for their car after their dog chewed through their's. I grew up around auto wrecker yards or "junk yards" as my dad owned 2 in Brooklyn and I learned most of my auto knowledge from working in and around the men who helped shape me into adulthood. Peconic Auto Wreckers is by far the cleanest, most organized and friendly yard I personally have ever seen. I will be back often.”

More recently, Riverhead Hyundai resolved an issue with my car's lithium battery and user authentication system. They were able to effect repairs under warranty and provided a loaner during the repair. Much appreciated.

Update for June 24, 2025... another scheduled oil change and tire rotation. On time and done efficiently.”

“I had a great experience at Speedworld Fx! I recently went in to order new wheels and tires for my truck, and they went above and beyond. The owner, Jimmy, really knows his stuff. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure I got exactly what I needed.
They later, after some research, installed a leveling kit. Chad, the mechanic, is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable—he’s young, and you can tell he’s gifted at his job. Both Jimmy and Chad were patient with me, even though I don’t know much about trucks. They treated me like a regular customer and took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated.

“Probably the best Napa Auto parts stores around. They have a wide selection of fluids foreign and domestic. They have a good selection of special automotive tools, best selection locally. Customer service is really good. Only issue I have with Napa is the warranty records , they don't keep track of warrantied parts on their Networking System like most of the other competitors. I don't hold the warranty issue against this particular franchise, they don't run the actual company.”

“I’ve gone through several pairs of windshield wipers. I’ve bought aftermarket ones. I bought the ones directly from Toyota all of them failed. To me it’s not just about Customer service. It’s also about knowledge. Knowing your product, knowing what a customer needs, that’s more important than anything even the price itself. I wish I can remember the gentleman’s name, but I believe he was the manager working that day. It was raining and my windshield wipers once again were not wiping my windows. They were smearing the windows. He sold me a pair of windshield wipers that apparently rain-x manufacturers. I wanna add here that I find it Absolutely astounding that nobody else is aware of these wipers, at least the places that I’ve been to including mechanic shops and the Toyota dealer themselves. None of them ever once told me about this amazing product yes, They were expensive. I will admit that and when I asked what was so special about them, he said, well, you’ve heard of rain-x yes? I replied yes. He then went on to say that these windshield wipers were made by the same manufacturer and the wipers themselves are infused with the rain-x formula. I said “you gotta be kidding. They actually make this?” Yep he said. So, I paid for it. I then asked the guy to do me a favor and before I could even finish asking, he says, let me guess you want me to take the old ones off and put the new ones on & I said absolutely! because I’ll probably screw it up lol.. he put the new ones on and oh my God night and day I could see through my windows again like they were brand new! And this doesn’t happen once, every time I run my windshield wipers.. it’s literally putting rain-x on my window. It’s been a little bit since I went to the store because I wanted to actually see how long it will last and so far I’m extremely happy thank you very much for your amazing customer service and having such a knowledgeable staff!!! ?”

“Buying a car can be a nerve-racking and frustrating process. Even a super reliable SUV like our new 2021 Honda Passport, which we love, can be a stressful purchase. At Apple, particularly with the sales rep Gia we had an overall great experience. Gia was a unexpected surprise. Friendly and not at all pushy. She was super knowledgeable, and more importantly when she was not certain of feature or spec, she said, let me check on that for you. I cannot overstate this, someone who acknowledges they don’t “know it all” in this situation is a stress relief and a breath of fresh air. What she does know was vast and significant. She has a great knowledge of the inventory but that pales in comparison to her understanding of what people need in this situation and on the road. What she seems to do naturally is listen. She listened to our needs; our concerns. She filled in blanks without forcing her agenda. We knew this immediately about her and felt we could actually proceed with confidence and joy. We actually enjoyed the process. Gia, I’ve already mentioned this to the leaders at Honda. You can and should lead training sessions. “I had a traumatic car accident in my precious sports red Mercedes 350. Justin not only restored the car back to new but fixed extra things he saw needed done. The 2008 car came back like the bionic man to a car of 2020 standards, vastly improved from the condition he received it in. He knew I had a problem with lighting in the car at night so he installed special bright night lights for me as that was the cause of the original accident. Every time I called he could not have been more courteous and helpful and when the car was ready, on time, he personally made sure the car was delivered to my door a 45 minute drive away. From here on in, I will only use Twin Forks Automotive and I highly recommend anyone reading this review to do the same and tell their friends, you won't be sorry.
