Arrived at 07:20am was assigned a dock door immediately. Was hoping for them to delay unloading for about an hour and a half so that I can miss the traffic backup in Queens, NYC. But was unloaded immediately. So I sat in the lot for 2 hours before leaving. (YES, YOU CAN PARK OVERNIGHT AT THIS DELIVERY)
