Everyone in there was super kind and nice, however Layne was dealing with a broken or malfunctioning milkshake machine and then ran out to my car to make sure my milkshake didn’t have any metal bits and remade the entire thing for free. She was very kind and so helpful.”

“Customer service is good overall, but, just a friendly reminder to your staff to not have conversations with other co-workers or the person behind me when you are checking my items out. There needs to be more customer engagement, but that seems to be a problem anywhere you go in retail. For a smaller Stewarts' store, there are still a good variety of snack items, and the ice cream is always good of course. :)”
