“Went here for the first time to get a basic NYS inspection. Then I started having suspension noise so set up an appt. The mechanic Chris was honest and communicated the whole way. He had to do front and rear brakes (pads and rotors), front sway bar links and a lower control arm. The work was done properly and in a timely fashion. My car is quiet now and back to normal! Would def recommend this shop! Honest and great work!”

“I can't say enough good things about NorthSide Collision's Baldwinsville location. Kevin Drumm took the lead on this project and I was kept informed of the process every step of the way. As you can see from the photos, the damage was extensive and they put the truck back together as if it never happened. I scrutinized the truck, in the shade, in the sun, and the paint color match was perfect. And I had the truck back in 5 weeks. Amazing! All I can say is there is no other place to have your vehicle repaired. Even Chevrolet themselves couldn't match this. Great job guys, thank you for bringing my beautiful truck back!!”

“What a great find. Drove by this place for many years thinking they just serviced local dealer cars. Stopped in and to my surprise, there is an actual showroom with pick up bed caps, covers, side rails, trailer hitches, etc. I was looking at bed covers and they had many brands/types on display to view. Pricing was inline with other shops I have been in. My suggestion to the lady working thete was for the owner to put up a more formidable/informative sign to draw in more customers that may not lnow this place exists. I will definitely keep them in mind once I decide on a specific bed cover/tonneau cover.”
