“I bought my 2013 xt4 from a very pleasant gentleman Ashley at Crest August of 2025. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales person. I just brought it in for a new push button starter. Of course crest happens to be down a machanic which kept my car there longer than usual but having a warranty helped me keep my visit at a lower price. Although, just having bulbs put in the handles and lowest point in back bottom of car were way too exspensive to have done I was disappointed but my car is running and after not having to use my car for two in a half weeks I had an appointment coming up in which they kept up until that date. I’d rather deal with the men directly fixing my car and not the female secretary in that area. Overall it was ok for that visit.”

“Great service here! Even though it's tightly staffed most times I am in they always get around to assisting me everytime. The prior time they helped when my parents battery was on the fritz. Earlier this month I found I needed to replace my wipers and I tried to find the correct set thanks to the guidebook they have there, they gave me a recommendation, and even someone came out to my car and installed the wipers, showing me how to do so in the future.
Great personnel and service, always able to offer assistance or recommendations, and genuinely good folks make this auto-parte shop a stop to make!”

“I went and bought new LED headlights because one was out. The lady that helped me earlier in the day was wonderful but they just didn't have them in stock. I had to go to another store to get them. Got home and tried to install them and was really sad because I thought I would have to go back to halogen. Went back to Autozone to return them. Austin asked me if I wanted him to try and I was thrilled. He had them installed in 5 minutes and it was so cold out. He was so friendly and did it so fast. His customer service was amazing!! Very rare nowadays. Thank you again Austin!!! You are the best!!”

“I called at least seven auto repair places inquiring about a timing belt change for my VW TDI. Four out of the seven said they didn’t do that specific job, probably because it is a labor intensive job requiring specialty tools. However, one of the shops that I called recommended, Fender Rebender.
Bob, the owner of Fender Rebender, is awesome! I have been to countless mechanics for the various Volkswagen TDI issues that I’ve encountered over my 20+ years of owning them and Bob is THE most knowledgeable mechanic I have met. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants an excellent and highly knowledgeable mechanic.”
“We are from Pennsylvania and my family and I were visiting Syracuse University. On our way back from our tour, our drivers window would not come up at all. We had to drive all over town in the freezing cold to find a Subaru Dealership that cold help us, but none of them could help. We found this autobody shop in hopes that they could help us so we did not have to drive 4 hours back home with our window down. When we called they said that they can try their very best to help. We got there and they were very quick to help us however they could. We pulled in and they got right to work. They instantly pulled the window up with their hands and I could not have been more grateful for everyone in that auto shop. They were all very helpful and understanding and I definitely recommend going here. Thank you all so much for helping us; we are more than grateful that we don’t have to drive home 4 hours with our windows down.”

NAPA is a great store with great employees at this location. Prices are fair. They even have original parts for the 455 Olds Cutlass Vista cruiser engine. And their warehouse is second to none. Chris, the boss here is a super guy who's always on top of shipments and knows what's going on in his warehouse. Place is very clean there with CNYCS keeping on top of things. Busy place, I bought my car battery here. Brakes and struts too, for my 20 year old Car. Drop by and say hello. The store is always clean and well stocked. 5 stars!”
