“I had a great experience purchasing a VW beetle from Apple. Both Andrei and Josh were fantastic to work with. I’ve bought and helped others buy a numbers of cars over the years, and these guys were the best to work with. There were 2 repairs needed to the car to be covered under the 90 day warranty. One I was aware of when I bought the car, the other popped up after - both were minor and expected since the bug was 20 years old. Andrei made arrangements to have the repairs made at a local garage close to me since I live 90 miles from their shop. The process was seamless and he took care of all the billing and parts. I just had to show up. I was beyond impressed how they stand behind their cars and their warranty. My experience was these guys are straight forward, knowledgeable, and transparent. I would buy another car from them anytime. Andrei was extremely responsive to my communication. I would send messages to the shop on Facebook and he always responded super quick. I looked for this particular car for months. I even drove to Ohio. I’m thankful to Andrei and Josh for making it a reality! I love my beetle!”
“On 2/11, when I pulled into Wegman's parking lot, an employee there told me that something was dragging under my car. I got on my knees to look, and it was a metal piece in the middle of the car, toward the front. I called Dunn Tire in Camillus to see if I could get my car in right away, and they said YES ! They took care of my car immediately by replacing the clamps on the metal piece that covered where the oil container is situated. I was so grateful to all of the employees who were so polite and helpful. I really appreciate that they could take care of my car in a timely way, since I didn't want to drive it after I was aware of the problem. My parents live with me, and my Mom was supposed to use the car later that day. She was able to go to her appointment and do shopping, which we didn't know would be possible if I couldn't get the car fixed that day. Thank you so much, Dunn Tire employees! You are the best!

“Great service, I bring my car due to a big noice thinking was a muffle or event something bigger. I went a few hours later and the car was ready, it was just a lose plastic making the noice and they fixed. No cost at all just asked for a big smile that I had already!!”

“The insurance company totaled my jeep. JR just happened to have a jeep on his lot. I was very pleased on how he helped me to get the vehicle and address the concerns I had after the purchase. When it comes time to get another vehicle he will be my first stop. He has done some vehicle repair for me in the past. What I like about JR is he will tell you what's wrong , but he won't try to selyou anything you dont need. His team does everything they can to repair it right the first timel”
