“Let me tell you, when it comes to customer service, Lilly is top-notch. When my favorite pair of sunglasses broke (an extremely sentimental pair I bought here when I visited Skaneateles 3 years ago) Lilly hunted down an exact match and is sending it to me in Cleveland! The owner, Laura, was extremely helpful in the process. These ladies are wonderful, and Laura has such a great store. LOTS of really chic outfits at surprisingly good price points. I'll put it to you this way: the shop was memorable enough to still remember the whole experience -- and the name -- 3 years later :) Go here!”
“A captain with a cigar caught my eye in Skaneateles. Being a gentleman that admires logos, I had to stop in. What I found was surprising. Not a souvenir shop, but a unique clothing designer with high-quality pieces (some sustainable). I touched a lot of the clothing before settling on a really nice t-shirt and a hat. Top notch, will be exploring more soon when I go back.”

A very welcoming and warm environment. Extremely helpful and complimentive. Even brought me clothes while I was in the changing room that they thought I would like.”

“Arrow was literally the best place I ever went to in the high school in middle school. They always knock it out of the park in there. Their prices are phenomenal. My niece just went their school shopping and their clothes are adorable. I’m really excited to see that they added a juicy couture display in there and a hello kitty display. Keep up the good work on upping your game in there. !! They always satisfy you whenever you go in there with the clothing.!!”

“Just like TJ Maxx and the like but nicer stuff, well organized, great prices.Had a funny experience where I watched a man ask for a bag for 2 full-size suitcases. Like the size above carry-on and the largest in a set of 3. The clamshell type with 4 swivel wheels and handles that he used to wheel them up to the counter. He opened the larger one to put them together and tried to cram the medium one into it without unzipping the inside covers. The girl at the counter just kind of stood back because he was pissed she didn't have a bag big enough for his luggage. It was fun to watch karma get someone.”

“Such a disappointing store though. Nice people, great staff but their product lines are just...outdated. I went to the outlet store west of here in Waterloo... Same stuff, same price. Google HM sitting on billions of dollars in unsold clothes and that is why they opened these outlet stores... To make you think they are discounting it but they aren't. Compare it. I promise they are the same price.”
“There was a possible active shooter in the mall tonight, and the Zumiez staff was nothing short of absolutely amazing. They were calm professional and extremely kind. These were young women and men that could have have been facing life threatening danger. They tried to protect customers by asking that they remained in the store while they were locking down. Even after it was all clear they had helped me find gifts for my family. This is not the first incident at the mall, many of the employees have been through multiple incidents like this. I hope the company knows how profoundly professional and kind these employees are. What true assets to the company these young women and men are. Your employees should get a raise and recognition!”
