“Everyone in the store is extremely nice and inviting. They have tons of sizes of everything from formal wear to casual. I went in to buy a suit for a funeral and they really went the extra mile to make sure I had it when I needed it, which was ASAP. Prices are shockingly low and the quality/brands you won't find elsewhere. I am extremely impressed.”
“My daughter got a breathtaking junior prom dress. All the ladies were friendly and more than willing to help with picking out dresses based on your child’s style and size. They make dress shopping fun, the whole experience was beautiful. I recommend making an appointment, but they saw us as a walk in. Also try giving yourself a couple weeks before prom to get a dress so you have time to get it altered if needed. They have us a list of people they recommend , and people other girls have recommended. You get a discount on shoes or other items once we purchased the dress, and they also register the dress with your child’s school so no other girl has the same dress in the same color. We loved everything about this beautiful store.”

“Stopped here because I saw a top I liked in the window. When I asked a staff member about it, she immediately knew where it was. All the staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. Bella, who seemed to be in training, helped me to find several things, and suggested multiple things I might like. She was very attentive despite the business of the store. Their clothes are cute, unique, and not too expensive for the most part. Would recommend next time you’re at Destiny Mall!”
“There was a possible active shooter in the mall tonight, and the Zumiez staff was nothing short of absolutely amazing. They were calm professional and extremely kind. These were young women and men that could have have been facing life threatening danger. They tried to protect customers by asking that they remained in the store while they were locking down. Even after it was all clear they had helped me find gifts for my family. This is not the first incident at the mall, many of the employees have been through multiple incidents like this. I hope the company knows how profoundly professional and kind these employees are. What true assets to the company these young women and men are. Your employees should get a raise and recognition!”

“We stopped in because my boyfriend started a new job that's business casual. James was phenomenal. We're not shoppers and he helped build basically a whole wardrobe for my love. I recommend stopping in. He also gave us some water. The whole experience was amazing and it's because of James.”
“This is a good Old Navy. It's nicely spaced out so you don't feel like you're going to run into the displays or other people. They have good clearance sections as well.
The only downside is that Old Navy as a whole does not carry a lot of their larger sizes in store, especially in the mens section. Their pants selection tends to cap out around a 38 or 40 inch waist. Online they have more options, and will sometimes have larger sizes in the clearance (probably online purchases that were returned to the store) but it's not guaranteed. This is not a reflection on this specific store, but the company as a whole.
The staff here is always very nice and welcoming, and make a point to greet you but it never feels like you're being pressured or rushed or anything when you're in the store.”
“Arrow was literally the best place I ever went to in the high school in middle school. They always knock it out of the park in there. Their prices are phenomenal. My niece just went their school shopping and their clothes are adorable. I’m really excited to see that they added a juicy couture display in there and a hello kitty display. Keep up the good work on upping your game in there. !! They always satisfy you whenever you go in there with the clothing.!!”
“I got such great deals for such a good price. I got a $12 bottle of Guess men's cologne, $20 pair of comfy dress-casual brown shoes for work, a very interesting Chinese-inspired dress shirt with gold marking and patterns, and a nice maroon top shirt sleeve dress shirt I could also wear to work. I loved shopping here and hope to be back soon to see what else pops up. The variety seemed s tad bit limited on the dress shirts and the store was a bit messy. But I was glad I went”
“There is a kind women Sharron that help my husband figure out where we were suppose to be since the mall is so confusing. She was so kind. Then she greeted us at the end asking us how it was and she seems so genuine. I swear you guys better be appreciative of this women, whatever you pay her; pay her more. I've never met anyone so caring to our experience. Amazing employee. Now I will always make the extra trip to come here.”
“Went shopping on 12/27 and was amazed at the experience I had. Everyone was so nice! They made me feel confident in every single thing I tried on and I was offered help in the fitting room and on the sales floor- great customer service! Rachel was especially friendly- she deserves a raise! She was very patient with me while I talked about what I was looking for and helped me pick out the perfect items! I will definitely be back!”

“I absolutely looooved this store and hate they don't have one remotely close to where I currently reside. Only went to brouse and spent right at 200$. Would have spent more if it weren't for the fact that I were riding Amtrak and was already loaded down. One bag I bought just 2-3 days ago I have received about a dozen or more compliments. Their bags are every unique and are different on each side and each bag of its similar design. The store manager was awesome as well.”

“Such a disappointing store though. Nice people, great staff but their product lines are just...outdated. I went to the outlet store west of here in Waterloo... Same stuff, same price. Google HM sitting on billions of dollars in unsold clothes and that is why they opened these outlet stores... To make you think they are discounting it but they aren't. Compare it. I promise they are the same price.”

“I purchased a few items at the store yesterday, and was never sent a survey via email, but wanted to make my opinions known nonetheless! The store's atmosphere is exactly right for their main demographic, and it is well-maintained as well. Most importantly, I wanted to give props to the delightful staff members working there, who were incredibly friendly and polite as well as being excellent help with selection.
