“The staff here are wonderful with my teenage daughter who was originally very fearful due to a prior bad experience, and now is at ease. We have gone there monthly for bloodwork for 6 months and the doctors office always has the results the next day. There is always an early morning wait so get there early. The staff are pleasant and handle it in stride…. The clients, not so much!”

“7/3/25 - after having my appointment cancelled at the Oswego Rd location ( with only 20 minutes notice) I decided to take a chance and try a walk in appointment at this location
I arrived and checked in, my wait time was less than a half hour- the technician who drew my blood was a pleasure to deal with! I have terrible anxiety about needles and I have specific directions as how to have my blood drawn - this technician listened to my concerns and without hesitation or comments did as I asked. I was so happy that I made the decision to go, I didn’t get the name of the girl, but she appeared to be the only one who was doing blood draw at 9-10 am, so if you can please let her know that I really appreciate her”
