Professional, friendly, great draw technique (no hunting with the needle), just the right amount of chatter so I didn't even notice when he did the actual draw (I'm one of the many people who don't like needles). Quest has been consistently solid, convenient, clean, easy to work with, for lab work.”

“Amazing blood draw site! I always have a amazing experience here. Staff is super kind and always very gentle. Wait times can be long but everytime I get my blood drawn here I don't ever feel the needle go in as opposed to other places where it can sometimes be super painful. 100% recommend coming here for blood work!”

“This review is for the Lab Corp on Taft Rd that was Previously the Lab Alliance (the latter is no more; the two companies merged, so currently there are Two 'Lab Corps' at 5100 Taft Rd in Same Bldg on Same Floor right near each other)...
...Excellent Experience w/ employee named Michelle! She does Both the Customer Service Desk Duties AND the Drawing of Blood, & she went above & beyond to first assist me in their new electronic sign-in method, & then to ease my nervousness in regards to the drawing of my blood. Often there are issues w/ the obtaining of the blood, & Michelle got it on First Draw! Plus she patched me up good so the remnants wouldn't bleed though onto my thin, light-colored top (I wasn't thinking when I put that on). Looking forward to having Michelle take care of me on future visits & Every experience there being as this was!”

Making an appointment and checking in were seamless and I was seen quickly. The blood draw went great. Tammy put me at ease and was awesome at drawing my blood. I had to have another blood draw today (10/31/25) and Maria was great!”

“Booked an appointment online and there was no wait to be seen Saturday morning. You must check in at the kiosk so go there first. About 10-12 chairs for waiting and everything went smoothly. Can be tricky to find but if you enter from the back of township 5 it's the first building with red on the siding. It is still labeled as lab alliance on the sign but it is a LabCorp location.”
