Very impressed with the whole process. From making the appointment to checking in, it was very smooth. The phlebotomist was very pleasant and professional. I will never go back to waiting in huge lines at Lab Alliance!

Check-In was easy. Tech was pleasant and professional, even while dealing with a rather rude customer who made the wait in the waiting room a little uncomfortable. Entire service start to finish was pleasant and efficient!

Very organized! Didn't need to wait! Checked in via pinpad and was called directly. Phlebotomist was accurate first time...never felt a thing...was pleasant and friendly. Place was clean.
