“Big store and the workers here are so nice and are always cleaning up the store! I’ve been going here for years and recently however, their prices have increased so much that it left me in shock. Their prices for clothing is still average for thrift stores (I’d say they’re average for “big” thrift stores because still, some items shouldn’t be priced so high!), but the price of furniture and knick knacks are unreasonable at time (especially for free items!) I saw a bookshelf that is $20 NEW being sold for $25 each… saw most knick knacks were 2.99 which isn’t too crazy but why would I pay 2.99 for a folder when dollar tree is like three stores down! Makes it difficult to try to be sustainable for sure esp bc again, these items are free and they’d get thrown out if they’re not sold anyways! Great staff and great location but let’s continue to focus on the community over profits…”

“A go-to for outdoor clothing and goods. Most adult shirts were >$20 and sweatshirts >$40. They have skaneateles items and general outdoorsy items. They also have some stickers and small souvenir things by the front. It’s kinda tight to maneuver around because of the significant inventory.”

“Stopped here because I saw a top I liked in the window. When I asked a staff member about it, she immediately knew where it was. All the staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. Bella, who seemed to be in training, helped me to find several things, and suggested multiple things I might like. She was very attentive despite the business of the store. Their clothes are cute, unique, and not too expensive for the most part. Would recommend next time you’re at Destiny Mall!”
“I always enjoy thrifting, as with everything else the prices have increased. This location has a whole room where all the clothes are $1.00. Over the last few months I have found a few new things to add to my wardrobe. Enjoy and take your time, there's always something for everyone.”

“Nice store, decent selection, always greeted by any associate I walk passed. My only gripe is I used to be a Coach Insider (they recently did away with rewards) but I have an account, they ask for my phone number to look it up, yet my purchase hardly ever goes under my account… In the past, I would make a purchase and I’d get an emailed receipt almost instantly and it’d show up in my online account. Seems like a system glitch but I really wish they’d get it fixed. It’s been a couple years of this issue. Why bother giving my information if my purchase doesn’t get linked to my account?!?”

“The Macy's at a mall named Destiny should live up to the namesake mall and indeed it does. It is above the average floor plan of all the ones I have been to, well lit, well organized, with the exception of the flag ship Manhattan store, of course. All that is to say this is a big department store and in this online shopping age, almost anachronistic but in a pleasant way. Perhaps due to the online competition and always a goal of efficiency, associates are far and few in between the almost 200,000 squarer foot location. We were only able to finally check out after locating a third checkout counter. I'm sure we could have found help quicker if we tried harder but there was no hurry and we just enjoyed the chill vibe and the clean and clear ambience. Taking one star off for a non-fictionless check out experience. Once they figured out automatic self checkout, they won't need any sales associates or check out cashiers, then they can justify the reduced staffing. Until then, they should work harder at collecting their sales dollars as frictionless as possible and hire the right number of associates required to provide adequate coverage of the sales floor, not leaving impatient paying customers walk out the store in frustration since Amazon could deliver it same or next day now.”
“We stopped in because my boyfriend started a new job that's business casual. James was phenomenal. We're not shoppers and he helped build basically a whole wardrobe for my love. I recommend stopping in. He also gave us some water. The whole experience was amazing and it's because of James.”

“Went in the store today 2/6/26 for the first time. Was greeted by Ms.Renee. As soon as I entered the store. I was asked what I was looking for immediately. I am very particular. I gave all of my details, color, style, comfort level, i went for comfort, for the 1st 3. I needed ones i could wear under white attire and 1 black and comfortable. I needed a cute set. And 2 more sexy sets. Like i said I know what i want. She got me sized which i strongly recommend. The 3 for 99 was a great deal. She did all of my shopping for me. Never got discouraged when I didn't like one and quickly looked for another . So all I had to do was try on and she shopped for me. Making sure to stay in the deals and she also found matching bottoms for all of them in my size. Had an amazing experience with Renee. Strongly recommend working with her when you do visit, call ahead to be sure she's there. Xoxo ill be back.”

“Arrow was literally the best place I ever went to in the high school in middle school. They always knock it out of the park in there. Their prices are phenomenal. “There was a possible active shooter in the mall tonight, and the Zumiez staff was nothing short of absolutely amazing. They were calm professional and extremely kind. These were young women and men that could have have been facing life threatening danger. They tried to protect customers by asking that they remained in the store while they were locking down. Even after it was all clear they had helped me find gifts for my family. This is not the first incident at the mall, many of the employees have been through multiple incidents like this. I hope the company knows how profoundly professional and kind these employees are. What true assets to the company these young women and men are. Your employees should get a raise and recognition!”
