“My daughter got a breathtaking junior prom dress. All the ladies were friendly and more than willing to help with picking out dresses based on your child’s style and size. They make dress shopping fun, the whole experience was beautiful. I recommend making an appointment, but they saw us as a walk in. Also try giving yourself a couple weeks before prom to get a dress so you have time to get it altered if needed. They have us a list of people they recommend , and people other girls have recommended. You get a discount on shoes or other items once we purchased the dress, and they also register the dress with your child’s school so no other girl has the same dress in the same color. We loved everything about this beautiful store.”

“J Michael's is an excellent store with amazing customer service! I was treated like a family member while trying to buy new pair of running shoes and exploring new brands for my foot style. “Stopped here because I saw a top I liked in the window. When I asked a staff member about it, she immediately knew where it was. All the staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. Bella, who seemed to be in training, helped me to find several things, and suggested multiple things I might like. She was very attentive despite the business of the store. Their clothes are cute, unique, and not too expensive for the most part. Would recommend next time you’re at Destiny Mall!”

“Nice store, decent selection, always greeted by any associate I walk passed. My only gripe is I used to be a Coach Insider (they recently did away with rewards) but I have an account, they ask for my phone number to look it up, yet my purchase hardly ever goes under my account… In the past, I would make a purchase and I’d get an emailed receipt almost instantly and it’d show up in my online account. Seems like a system glitch but I really wish they’d get it fixed. It’s been a couple years of this issue. Why bother giving my information if my purchase doesn’t get linked to my account?!?”
“There was a possible active shooter in the mall tonight, and the Zumiez staff was nothing short of absolutely amazing. They were calm professional and extremely kind. These were young women and men that could have have been facing life threatening danger. They tried to protect customers by asking that they remained in the store while they were locking down. Even after it was all clear they had helped me find gifts for my family. This is not the first incident at the mall, many of the employees have been through multiple incidents like this. I hope the company knows how profoundly professional and kind these employees are. What true assets to the company these young women and men are. Your employees should get a raise and recognition!”

“I ordered a LOTR bag off of the website, and had it shipped to the mall's store. It was an utter nightmare dealing with the online support. They kept telling me my items were delivered to the store, but the store had not received them. I spoke with 2 nice ladies, one's name was Kelsey and she ended up reaching out to their customer service line for online orders because I was being lead on a wild goose chase with the websites support. These ladies were supportive, understanding and nice the entire time, and never portrayed any annoyance directed towards me for being utter confused and lost with where my purchase was. :)”

“Arrow was literally the best place I ever went to in the high school in middle school. They always knock it out of the park in there. Their prices are phenomenal. “For the last couple of years, I have come to know Macy's for its diamond jewelry - gifts to both wife and daughter. Each purchase has been made after testing and stressing the limits of knowledge that each sale clerk has about what is selling under the glass. Somehow I always manage to whitle my advisors down to the one with whom I develop the best protagonist-antagonist relationship. There is much more to the product relationship I feel is necessary, if I am going to come close to my credit spending max. “My husband and I and our little nugget, came to this location on 11/6/25. We were greeted by the staff, they let us browse. When we had questions they answered them. I have to truly thank Kyra and Grace, it was the end of the night and the kindness they showed us was, well just more than I ever expected. These lovely ladies made us feel at home shopping. We were already Lululemon fans, but Kyra and Grace are a real reason as to why we would visit this location again.”
“Walked into the Vans store thinking I’d just “browse.” Walked out with shoes, a new life philosophy, and a small but healthy obsession with the employees.
First off, Deklan — this man is a SHOE WHISPERER. I said “help me find something cool,” and he looked deep into my soul, nodded once like some mystical skateboarding monk, and returned with the PERFECT pair. Like, Cinderella-who-shreds kind of perfect. If Deklan isn’t employee of the month, then I’m staging a protest. Peaceful, of course. With matching Vans.
Then there’s Eric at the register. This dude could be a stand-up comedian. I came to buy shoes and ended up laughing so hard I nearly forgot my PIN number. I’m 78% sure he’s part cashier, part improv comedian, and possibly part raccoon (the fun kind that shows up at parties uninvited). I didn’t know paying for shoes could feel like a Netflix special, but here we are.
10/10. Would return just for the laughs, and maybe to get fashion-roasted by Eric again.
Also: Vans, if you’re reading this, give Deklan and Eric a raise. Or a throne. Or at least matching capes. They deserve it.”

“Highly recommend for prom dresses - we had a wonderful experience! We didn’t have an appointment but were immediately welcomed by staff ready to help us find the right dress. The staff was very friendly, incredibly helpful, and successful in guiding my indecisive daughter into finding something she without a doubt absolutely loves. Prices weren’t outrageous they all seemed reasonable and we actually ended up spending less we thought we would be. If this wasn’t her senior year we would 100% be going back for next years dress!”
