“Ralph Fontaine and his son Dell made my wife the happiest person in the world. First, when I went to pick up things I won at an auction, they were very helpful, very informative, and I didn't feel rushed at all despite me being there when they normally closed shop. Dell even helped me load things into my car and gave good advice as to how things should be placed to avoid damage.
But what really stood out was when we mentioned an unfortunate glitch with the website they used. We won, but the auction continued and granted someone else the winner. Ralph took the time to call the auction winner and, long story short, helped us work out a deal so that i was able to bring home the treasured item. He didn't have to do that. And THAT is what makes him someone I will trust in the future with both buying and selling.”
