Found Josefs Hungarian sausage at Wegmans..grew up eating Hungarian sausage in Black Rock neighborhood Buffalo..didn't know u could find it in Rochester..MMmm.
So good..putting in on the family menu from now on

We sent Josef's Kase Krainer as a gift to our Austrian son-in-law, Arnold, who always talks with great longing about the kase krainer he loves and misses so much. He pronounced Josef's Kase Krainer to be "the real deal" and was thrilled with them! We will confidently order these again!

Excellent meats! I included some of the Josef’s sausages in Christmas gift basket with a local, small business theme. Recipient was delighted. They ship very quickly and everything is well packaged.

tried artisan meats this year for our annual octoberfest. the seasonal octoberfest brats were very good , swiss style were good too. while in austria last month tasted kasekreiner sausage, best sausage period. yours is excellent. pleasure dealing with you guys , will be back ! be well.

Our first order was the great grilled bundle which proved to be the perfect way to try all of the brats offered. We served them at our family Father’s Day barbecue and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the high quality and fun variety Will definitely order again in the future.

Love the quality of these sausages! Distinct taste that is not found in the other local sausage/hot dog bastions. Nice customer service when I emailed a question regarding preparing in a smoker. Glad they're around, and that they're located 5 miles from my house is even better. Thanks!

I am native of Chicago. Josef's products remind me of the great Polish sausage I ate there as a boy. My only complaint is that he was not listing the wonderful Hungarian sausages I had purchased at Wegman's in Elmira. I would be interested in any new products he invents. Dr JPL

By far the BEST customer service, very polite, friendly and answered all our questions. The Kase Krainer , Jalapeño Cheddar, Black Forest Ham and Dark Rum Salami are a few I highly recommend. Will be trying all their products!

Josef's meats has the best sausages, bacon and deli meats and other great items made the old fashioned way. Very authentic. One taste gives you the feeling everything is homemade and that most other products are made with preservatives, and various chemicals often making them overly salty. Josef's is not overly salty letting you taste the meats and the spices all balanced very well. I can't recommend Jose'f's enough.
