“My family and friends have been here multiple times the work is always done well and quickly completed. But the real reason we keep coming back is Amy. She is so sweet, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. She is a staple to this business and the real reason there are so many return customers”

“This review is for the WOMEN: I'm always on guard of being taken advantage of in settings that involve vehicles/inspections/maintenance. I was very impressed with their quality of service, respect, and the way they SHOWED me what was wrong with my car prior to inspection (All of what they showed me i already knew needed to be fixed, but played dumb to gage what type of shop they are). I have all faith in these workers and will continue to come back. This is a safe place ladies!”

“I had an amazing experience thanks to Patty at AutoZone. I came in because my low beam headlight had gone out, and I expected it to be a frustrating process. Instead, Patty made everything incredibly easy from the moment I walked in. She helped me find the correct replacement bulb and had my low beam fixed incredibly fast. It was obvious she knew exactly what she was doing, and she made the whole process quick, easy, and stress free. She also took the time to make sure everything was working properly before I left, which I really appreciated. One thing that really stood out was how friendly and personable she was. While she was helping me, we had a great conversation. She told me about her family coming up to visit so they could go hunting together and build some things, and it made the whole experience feel much more genuine. It’s nice to meet someone who can provide excellent service while also making customers feel welcome instead of just rushing them out the door. Patty turned what could have been an annoying trip into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely kind. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like her on the team, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the way she treated me. Thank you again, Patty, for the outstanding service and for making my day a little better!”

“Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from here, I had great help from both Tommy and Brian. They were very informative and gave a very strong trade value for my vehicle. My only hurdle was insurance which they have no control over. I would recommend this place for other people in the area.”

“Sadly, it appears we are living in a time when sharing knowledge and know-how will cost you big bucks simply because you don't know, or don't know how! This is definitely NOT the case with Advanced Auto on Eastern Blvd. in Canandaigua, NY. From my initial phone call to inquire about an air cabin filter for my vehicle with Dennis (something I didn't even know existed) to the young man Jordan who explained the what/why regarding this product all while instructing me through the actual step by step installation; this business model and its staff stands far above the rest. Professionalism, patience and courtesy from start to finish, and why I will continue returning to them over and over for my automotive questions and needs. Thank you so much Dennis & Jordan. And congrats Advanced Auto for a well-tuned operation.”

“My fiancé and I had an excellent experience with Route 247 Truck Sales & Service. We were searching for a box from a box truck to begin building our own toy hauler, and their team was incredibly helpful throughout the process. From the start, they were knowledgeable, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure we found exactly what we needed. Their willingness to deliver the box directly to our home made the entire experience even more seamless and convenient. We truly appreciate their professionalism, customer service, and dedication to helping us with our project. Highly recommend Route 247 Truck Sales & Service.”

“Great team! Online Walmart showed delayed for my tires to come in and miss appointment. The tires came in and Team were able to notify me that they were there. Walmart 1800 number was useless in helping but the Team was awesome!!!”
