“Tony and Toby repaired the body rust and repainted my 1968 Chevy Suburban. It was quite a mess when I limped it over to the shop and (mostly as a favor to me) they worked on it between other jobs. They faced a number of difficulties with restoration parts not fitting but with creative energy they got through them. When I finally saw it getting painted it reminded me of the old days when the truck looked pretty good. Right now it looks great and I am finishing the inside and some lingering mechanical work. Working with all the staff at Becker Motors was enlightening, encouraging, and inspirational in getting this oldie-but-goodie back on the road. Great experience!Services: Body & Trim”

“RF Collision is a business that understands customer service! When I called to inquire about doing the body work I was met with a very friendly person on the phone and was told that I could come in anytime for an in person estimate, no appointment necessary.When I arrived at the shop, I was surprised to enter a very pleasant, and clean reception area. I was greeted kindly and almost immediately the shop manager went out to inspect my car. She then apologized that she wouldn't be able to get it in any sooner than next week. All the other body shops I talked to were booking out at least 3 weeks. So needless to say, there was no need for an apology!The work itself was delayed slightly, but that was wholly due to manufacturers parts delay. And when the delay occurred, they went the extra mile to make sure that I was being taken care of.When I picked up my car I was more than happy with the work they had done. I argue that you cannot tell that any body work had been done at all, let alone replacing most of the exterior components on the front corner.Now to top it all off, a few weeks later a slight concern rose. I went into the shop and there wasn't even a moments hesitation. The immediate response was "we'll take care of that for you".I'm beyond happy with their professionalism, quality of work, and customer service.RF Collision has a new life long customer!”

“Excellent service and helpful. Recommended I replace the alternator before I replace the battery. Long story short, I went to my kia service shop and they only replaced the battery. The following week while driving the alternator gave out. I ended up paying a $90 fee to have my Sorento towed. Should've taken advice of Adv auto instead of the kia service guys.”

As soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted by friendly people who are ready and willing to help you with your vehicle repair needs. We had a particularly complex issue concering the repairs that needed to be done on our car that involved a lot of details.
