“We went to West Herr Subaru In Lockport, NY and had a very knowledgeable young salesman Matthew Fath. He knew the Subaru product inside and out! Well we wanted to look at a Mazda CX90 before we decided on our next vehicle. Matthew went to his manager and they said there would be a CX90 at the Subaru Dealership tomorrow morning. Sure enough the next morning the car was there and Matthew took the time to learn about the Mazda CX90 before we arrived. That impressed me and my wife! We decided on the Mazda over the Subaru! I would recommend Matthew Fath if you are looking for a new car! Also West Herr has all of the different brands. I was very impressed with their quality of service, respect, and the way they SHOWED me what was wrong with my car prior to inspection (All of what they showed me i already knew needed to be fixed, but played dumb to gage what type of shop they are). I have all faith in these workers and will continue to come back. This is a safe place ladies!”

“They always do a great job at a reasonable rate, if they run in to unexpected issues you'll get a phone call with your options before anything is done. If you need a used vehicle they're great for that too. You can get one fairly priced and work out financing right there if you need that option. OH! AND THEY ARE NOT PERMANENTLY CLOSED GOOGLE!”

“XL Auto has been a family auto shop for years. They have always treated all of us fairly and honestly. Once another mechanic told my mother she needed to have a part replaced ASAP. But I tested XL auto by taking her car to them to examine the part, and not telling them the other auto shop's opinion. Well, they examined the car and said the part has a lot of life left in it and doesn't need to be replaced. That was just another confirmation, to me, that they are all good guys there. :-)”
