I am a store manager at a 24 hour 7- Eleven. Our safe that holds all monies and deposits are in this safe. 7-Eleven has chose to have them put under the counter where the registers are. They want us to take the money that has been inserted for a 24 hour period and put it directly in a bank bag and go right to the bank for security purposes. When I was doing this a person whom I assume was a manager because she used the reference her cashiers, told me it was very much an inconvenience to her and her cashiers to separate the money. I explained to her that if we were to separate the money for them it would be in-front of the customers and extremely dangerous . We could be giving the thought for someone to rob us if they saw all that money. She was very rude and did not seem to care about that. Her concern was the extra work her and her cashiers had to do by having to separate it. Any other bank I have been to from other stores has a money counter. They do not have to separate it right then . Why doesn’t this bank? Also it upsets me that she was not at all concerned about my and my employees safety , just about her extra work.

Once a very nice bank, now I have regular issues with online banking that are ignored after many attempts to contact customer service. I do not recommend community bank. Nice people, horrible customer service.

Have mostly only dealt with the tellers inside and at the drive-thru, but they've always been professional, helpful and friendly. It's a nice location with plenty of parking, as well. Did also have some experience with some of the office people with an estate inquiry, and they were helpful, also.

I do not recommended doing business with cbna. They had a delay in processing a loan payoff and paid a bill out in error. Then claimed it would be 1 to 3 months to have the money returned to me. Due to their error.Misleading information and poor communication.

The good: The tellers are friendly, professional, and competent. The place is clean and fairly accessible. The bad: Some of the loan specialists have an unprofessional attitude (costumers in the lobby should not hear them bad-mouthing other costumers for being low-income). The ugly: They have a spider infestation outside so you have to reach through a web to use the ATM. I always go inside now, because of that. Hopefully they've fixed it but last I knew, it was still a problem.

very nice people, good bank
