Not even worth the one star you have to give to make a review! The branch manager is very rude and does not know her job! Even the teller knew that the manager was wrong.

I HATE KEY BANK!!!! Now all of a sudden I’m negative almost 60 dollars!!! THEY STEAL PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY BY NOT BEING UPFRONT ABOUT FEES AND CHARGES!!! IM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AND GOING ELSEWHERE!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!

They'll charge $7.50 to cash one of their own checks because it's convenient for them. Terrible customer service and a perfect reason to avoid banking with them.
