“Definately recommend thia shop to women. The staff there did an assessment of my brakes, replaced the pads, and didn't try to oversell me on repairs or replacements I didn't need. They treated me with respect and my car was finished in a reasonable amount of time. As a woman, I really appreciate it when a repair shop doesn't try to talk me into unnecessary services. I knew the pads needed to be replaced, but another private shop had tried to scare me into replacement of rotors and calipers, but the car simply doesn't need them immediately, the mileage is low to need a complete brake job and I could see the rotors myself and they didn't have the damage and wear the private shop claimed. I saw this shop's staff treat other women the same way while I waited, very respectful and didn't assume the women didn't know anything about cars or their own cars. One older lady came in, concerned about the snow and slush rubbing against the wheels.on her car, just wanting to be safe in winter weather, they offered to hose down the buildup at no charge and sad to bring it back later that day if she was still concerned. Will be recommending this location to my friends!”
