“Best place to take your car when you have a car trouble if you're in north country, they take good care of your car in a professional way for a fir price. Highly recommended.”
“Quick, friendly service and did not feel as though I was being taken advantage of. Would recommend Barstows to anyone looking for a nice and reasonably priced vehicle.”
“Perfect alignment, my car has over 180,000 miles. I replaced a few parts, put on new tires and had Emlaws do the alignment. It drives better than it did @ 20,000mi with new tires and all the certified pre owned tweaks. I've had other shops try to do it and it was never right. I've got 2 other vehicles headed their way!”

“My name is Tammy Jock and for over 8 months and 3 other ‘reliable’ auto shops, Nate was the one that found the issues with my car in just a 5 minute drive! I needed some major work and he was able to have it done in one day for me and my car rides like it’s brand new! If you ever need a good auto service man, he’s the one! I recommend him and his shop hands down! Please support our local mechanic!”

“This is the best auto service center in town and it's not even close. I serviced my car at Scott's Auto a few times and each time, my car is serviced with the highest quality standard possible. The repairs are always done perfectly the first time; they always do a complete check-up of the vehicle; and my car is always very clean and neat when I pick it up. On top of that, the quality work and customer service are first class and the price is always perfectly right. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Always a pleasant experience! Thank you!”
“I just purchased a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek from Brigid. The process was simple and straightforward. Brigid was was wonderful along with John and Thomas. I am retired and haven’t purchaed a car in 11 years. They walked me through the entire process in a way that could understand. I will definitely come back here for my next car.”
“Got a flat on my rental passing through the area. Excellent and friendly staff. Unfortunatey my sidewall was damaged, but they didn't charge me for the patch. Looks to be a reputable shop.”
“I like this place. I'm always able to get an appointment in, what I feel, is a good time. They make their recommendations but I never feel pressured into doing anything right away. They sometimes have doughnuts. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. Everyone I have interacted with here is really nice. A+”
“My mother grew up with tim and Jason they are wonderful people and know what they are doing when it comes to vehicles only garage I'd ever bring my vehicle to”

“This is the best garage service I have ever received in my life, with fair prices! The staff is very comprehensive and helpful. I was on a 2,000-mile road trip in my 'new to me' 2020 Avalon when I noticed a few issues. They received me without an appointment at 7:00 a.m. and confirmed the same issues I had identified (I hold a diploma in automotive engineering). I highly recommend this service center to everyone, and I would gladly drive 800 miles from Canada just to have my future repairs done there.”
“Brought my radiator to them on Wednesday, they repaired it and was done on Friday. only charged a quarter of the price of all the garages in Watertown ny. Was worth driving up and back for a good gob , mickeys in Watertown are crooks. Thank you stickneys, will continue to send all work your way!Service: General repairs & maintenance”

“Hands down the absolute best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle anywhere in the north country. From the day I drove the vehicle off the lot I've been taken care of. I will only be buying from Scott's from now on.”
