“I'm using Community's address for general mailing purposes because I first opened an account in Ithaca, my son used the Oneonta branch for four years, and then he opened his own account at the Binghamton branch. They've all been more than good enough branches, so I can't choose just one. So, before we relocate, I just thought I'd leave this nod to Community Bank for their services during most of our seven years in New York. Not used to small town banks, I had no doubt you'd be what my son and I needed as a family; I appreciated the guidance you provided when he opened his first ever bank account with you a couple of years ago; and we were both satisfied with how and how quickly you handled the fraudulent withdraw from my son's Binghamton account. I'd also like to give a thumbs up to the Dum Dum lollipops you always have for customers, what looked like a nacho bar spread (for a football game, I think), and of course the gift options you make available when someone opens an account.
