“I've always preferred to bank small and local, and NCSB has rewarded my small-town loyalty many times over in my 30+ years running four different accounts with them. They've also kept up with the times, so there isn't any concern that a small bank may not have national or global reach when I travel. Great customer service, and banking I feel good about. I recommend them all of the time, to many people.”

“I opened my account this week at the Potsdam office. Courtney helped me open an account and it was such a smooth and easy process. I hit a bump in the road signing up for online services and when I went in the next day Jami was very helpful. The next day I was still having problems, called and talked to Courtney and it turns out this time it was me, not the app. But she was so respectful and kind about it! I am looking forward to banking with them for a long time.”

“It's overall a good bank but being closed on certain holidays gets tedious when your job issues checks on those holidays, then all you have is a useless piece of paper instead of a paycheck”

“We are incredibly thankful for Adirondack Regional Federal Credit Union and the amazing experience we’ve had banking with them, especially during our recent auto loan process. Their team was quick, efficient, personable, and made everything so simple from start to finish. It’s refreshing to work with people who truly care about their members and go above and beyond to help. We truly appreciate all that you do!”
