My car was totaled in 2018. I did have to wait quite a while to get the diagnosis but they were very nice about it. Since then they've repaired #1 child's car when a huge chunk of ice fell on it. Now they are repairing #2 child's car after a run in with a raccoon. The people have been kind and lovely.
