Your tax rep was awful. I had two make to trips to my house to get two forms of ID. She was rude and we were waiting 30 minutes after our appointment time to be seen, then they rushed rushed us at 9 because they were closing to pay for our file, just to be told when I got back that I could of paid tomorrow.
