Very friendly and accommodating. They also prepared my taxes.accurately and quickly. I like the option of being able to drop them off so tax preparer can do them and call me when they are finished.

Had issues 2 years in a row last year was supposed to be done for free for the mistake but got charged anyway this year took around 2 weeks to get them filled 1st visit women doing my taxes got stuck couldn't figure it out said she would call me back by end of day waitied about week no call so I called told she was busy left my name and number waited couple days no call back sent message through hr block app same response had to send message this morning saying I wanted to take my taxes somewhere else cause of it within minutes they had them filled I've used hr block for about 4-5 years now but this will be my last
