We went for a flower girls dress for my great niece (14 months old) they were more than accommodating! The fussed over her and made it all feel so special!!! We bought her dress her head piece and bow and belt as added accessories for her beautiful dress! My future DIL also purchased her veil there which I have yet to see!! She was able to take our budget and color/design preferences and find beautiful pieces from her extensive inventory. We never felt pressured to buy anything. One of my brides had one for her wedding and I immediately fell in love. We went to the Manhasset store during a sale they were running, and their professionalism and hospitality mannerisms were beyond anything I would have expected. Everyone there was so nice and helpful! I got to leave the store that day with a beautiful “Half Renni” stoned headpiece and earrings as well. My mom also found a beautiful pair of earrings as well! “Wedding dress shopping for any bride can be extremely overwhelming. From the moment you walk into her shop, Vassa makes you feel completely welcomed and comfortable. I wasn’t sure the type of dress I wanted to try on but she being as knowledgeable and professional as she is, picked dresses for me which would fit my body type best. After trying on a few, I was excited to “yes” to the perfect dress. Even through a pandemic and a few postponements, the entire process with Vassa was seamless. My husband and I had a small intimate ceremony during the peak of Covid and then had our big reception party months later. Most brides only get to wear their gown one time but I was fortunate to wear mine twice. She was with me the entire way and I feel so lucky to have met her and gotten my gorgeous dress from her. They work with you in regards to your budget and to what you like.The owner, Dahlia, was the absolute best! Not only does she own the shop, she is familiar with every single dress and is the main alterations director, so working with her was amazing! I had a pretty complicated dress that needed a serious custom bustle, and she did it to perfection!The shop is located in such a convenient location, steps from the road and plenty of parking on the main road.I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for your bridal gown, you won’t be disappointed!! They also have fantastic options for mother of the bride/groom!”

“I bought a set of Limoges china from a neighbor and wanted to purchase bowls and coffee mugs to replace the old fashioned handle and saucer ones (which I'd resold:) Phil, the owner,took the reins of my order and through his many years of building contacts w vendors, he called me immediately back w a quote and the time frame needed to have my items custom made from the Limoges/Havilland factory in France. I placed the order on Sept 2021 and was told it would ship in Feb 2022. Sure enough, Phil called me this week and my mugs and bowls arrived in immaculate condition to my apt in NYC all the way from France. A big WOW, you just can't get excellent service like that from many places anymore. I am so happy that I chose Imperial China. Top notch.”

Sai was my first stop while wedding dress shopping which made for a great start. The team was persuasive but not pushy. After visiting four different bridal shops, I confirmed my purchase with them. They were very accomadating because when I requested alterations, they created a new dress from scratch and had it shipped in less than two weeks. They were able to construct a very elegant dress within my budget which was under 1k. Also, this dress definitely makes me feel like a bride. All in all, I had a great experience and would highly recommend you visit them.”

“I can't recommend this place enough! From the second I met with Jackie, I felt my anxiety about finding the perfect dress- vanish! For starters, she is so bubbly, warm, and made this experience an 11/10 for me! I wasn't overwhelmed with trying on 101 different styles. We tried on a range of styles, but quickly discovered which was best for me! Then on a whim, my MOH pulled a dress off the rack which was entirely different than all the dresses in my room and I immediately said "no way that dress isn't going to even fit!" Jackie reassured me, "oh yes it will" and thank God she did-- because that is the dress I said yes to! I was torn between two dresses and when back and forth and not only did Jackie have patience with myself, and my many family members in attendance (4!!), but so did other encouraging ladies on the floor! They would walk by and say which was their favorite and that made me feel so empowered that I was choosing the perfect dress! Sondra and Amalia are also key players, who helped make finding my dress a breeze and deserve a shoutout! I know beyond a shadow of doubt that these ladies all are an amazing team, and help me look great in the dress of my dreams for the big day! Also, for reference, I live in NJ and am more than willing to make the trek over to LI for fittings and appointments because that's how much faith I have in this team!”
