However, after visiting the showroom, I learned that they do all the work themselves, so it became a no brainer to use 1 company to do everything.Kevin put together a very fair package price for the full remodel - frame, sheetrock, painting, subfloor leveling, new hardwood floors, brand new kitchen & bathroom. He also helped us select all the tiles, cabinets and fixtures.We saved a good bit on the cost, since everything we selected was already in stock in their warehouse.I attached a few before/after photos below to show the attention to detail and quality of all the work.I am very pleased with the results and will definitely use them again on any future remodeling services.”

“I testify to the upmost pleasant experience at The Home Depot of Levittown just moments ago.It started off with an emergency run to find a specific part to a cabinet. Home Depot is closing in 20 minutes and I was "that guy "running in there moments before they close.First off, the doors opened automatically. So I made a beeline to where I thought I can find the part and soon found myself waddling between the same two isles.Then, a wonderful worker, who was already engaged with a task, went great lengths to solve my issue. He lead me to another worker who knew like a computer: "Back wall, between 15 & 16" he spoke, a gentleman. He was on the money!I was then asked by the original worker who was about 20 isles away from me, performing his task, "hey, did you find those parts?" And another gentleman on my way towards the exit: "need help finding something, Sir?" As I glanced the isle for a composter: "next time" I said. The attention and care for customer success here is the best that I've seen in decades in a Home Depot. The care and concern made me feel like I was a part of something special. These workers don't need to be this considerate, but they chose to. Being the faces and voices of the company, these workers are worth a billion dollars and deserve their own stores. “We couldn’t be happier with how our kitchen came out. John at Showcase Kitchens was phenomenal in his attention to details when we expressed to him our needs and wants for the design of our kitchen. John designed our state-of-the-art modern kitchen that showcased a gorgeous and prominent metallic gold hood that took center stage. Under the hood sits a flush-mount induction cooktop that provides an easy-to-clean cooking surface that is seamless. On each side of the hood, we selected appliances, with the help of Anthony, that complemented the modern space symmetrically. Based on the square footage of the kitchen, we not only had 2 islands but also a separate pantry for storage that had its own sink, second dishwasher, and another rubbish/compost disposal system. The refrigerator and freezer columns are adjacent to the motorized overhead cabinet doors. These cabinets are a very convenient location for our stemware and glassware. Under both islands, we have additional storage cabinets and if that wasn’t enough, we have storage that goes up to our ten feet ceilings. We also chose to have integrated lights under the overhead cabinets and dimmable lights with sensors integrated in the drawers.Sean and Ajirth at Showcase Kitchens were both meticulous with the renovation. Sean came after framing of the kitchen space was completed to take accurate and precise measurements. It was at this first on-site visit by Showcase Kitchens that he found that our existing ceiling did not come out far enough to align with the cabinets. John and Ajirth worked on revising the design, which worked out better than the preliminary design. We were very thankful that Sean caught this when he was on-site. He was assigned our project manager and was very responsive and always in contact with us as well as the manufacturer. His coordination seemed effortless even with the language barrier and time zone difference. He assured us that every component of the kitchen was boxed, loaded into a container from Italy and made their way on the ship to NJ, inspected by customs before being unloaded onto a truck for the warehouse and then ultimately to our home. He was very helpful with providing the manifest and plans to confirm that we received our entire order without any hiccups. Sean also came back after the kitchen installation bearing additional accessories and saw the areas that needed adjustments by their specialist for this brand of kitchen cabinetry. He coordinated the work and the specialist came to make the final adjustments.Ajirth came prior and after the kitchen installation to ensure that a Showcase Kitchens representative was available throughout the process. He provided vital information to our fabulous GC (also referred by John) crew and his insight on the product line was instrumental to the design and install.We can’t say enough about the services that Showcase Kitchens provided. They are top-notch and work tirelessly for their clients. The manufacturers they work with make exceptionally high quality products that will last for decades. Thank you for making our dream kitchen.Note to the scope of work: We were not only renovating our kitchen but also other areas of the house and the designer we worked with recommended Showcase Kitchens. We are so grateful she did. And we couldn’t have achieved the results of our entire renovation without the GC that John recommended. “Great Dollar Store type of store.... tons of household stuff, toys, hardware items etc. Also, the owner cuts children's hair on Tuesdays,thursdays and Saturdays. She has a cutting station set up at the front of the store with a jeep ride on salon "chair" and tv with kids movies to distract the younger ones. She does a great job and will also supply a certificate with a lock of hair to commemorate your child's very 1st haircut. Very nice. My son just turned 3 and we've only ever been here to have his hair cut.”
