“I’ve been here a few times and stopped by today to pick up coals. Miles gave me phenomenal service! Honestly, he could work for a luxury brand with the level of service he provides. He was incredibly professional, helpful, and attentive. I was trying to Google one of the flavors, and he politely asked me to wait because he already had a list of all the flavors available. He took the time to walk me through each one and explain them in detail. Because of his knowledge and recommendations, I ended up purchasing a large box of flavor as well! Thank you, Miles! 3 Leaves is so lucky to have you. I’ll definitely be coming back again for the outstanding service.”

“Little Cigar Factory was a HUGE hit at our wedding on New Year's Eve 2025 and it looked so beautiful set up in the outdoor tent at our venue. The team was professional and brought a gorgeous set-up to make the cigar bar shine. They even taught us (bride & groom) how to roll a cigar and we got some awesome content from it. A must-add activation for any wedding with the ability to go outside + enjoy cigars or use as a take home gift!”
