“I don't know why people lose their minds over a bank; this is fine. Parking, ATM has great services, the people are polite and helpful. Sometimes it's us. I'm 30 years in retail and it goes both ways sometimes. Every exception can't be the rule; for the most part, it balances out. There are a couple of establishments in town that could pick it up a notch. I've banked in every one over the last 35 years.”
“Always treated very well if over the phone or in person . The tellers are all very polite and Managers they. All go out of their way to help. Doesn't matter if you have 100.00 or 10,000.00 . Everyone is treated eaqual. Keep up the great work you are all doing your customers appreciate your help.

“I've been with HVFCU for 25 years. Always listened and resolved any issue that came up in that time. Great place to prequalify for any type of loan. Given good ammo to go out and car shop without getting ripped off-by having their terms in your hand to start with. Don't see myself leaving them so far.”
