“I've been a customer of PCSB Bank for the better part of 50yrs and at least 25 yrs with the Somers branch. From the tellers, to the manager (Chris) I find them all to be very attentive to their customers needs and their questions. As I got a phone call from Abbie, the assistant manager this morning, about a possible problem with one of my accounts, I felt reassured they they were on top of things, excellent customer service.”

“jeez so many such bad reviews....Have i had to wait a bit long for some things over the years, yes. But its never been anything so insanely long to write home about, no theyve never done anything so above and beyond amazing for me but 97.5% the time I end up walk out with my intended reason for being there complete without noticeably ageing like it seems other may have experienced.... id be scared to even go in here if i only read the reviews and have not already been using them for close to 20 yrs.....but dont worry even if you dont get complimentary shoe shine and a ballon animals of your choice at the door and that the tellers arnt prepared with running shoes to help them help you bank at super speed the second you step in during any open hours, unless im just so oblivious to something to me it's almost always if not close to always just a typical small citi bank id expect”

“I was in Brewster and needed bank checks. I saw the reviews and decided to go to Somers instead. The staff at Somers was amazing! I had an issue that they solved quickly and with a smile. They got me my bank checks and I was out the door in 20 minutes. Highly recommend this branch. Matt and Dan in particular.”
