“I’ve been going to the Carmel location of HVCU for probably close to 15 years now. And while I tend to favor the Carmel location for the size of the branch and the drive thru banking, the Brewster location also has a lot of great attributes.To start, all of the employees are phenomenal. If you stop in often enough, you’ll find yourself forming a close rapport. And while I don’t love the slow, outdated nuances of simple things like doing a manual ACH payment, the employees do their best to make the process as quick and efficient as possible.I think the added hours have also made this location a little more desirable. ATM service could be a tad more private and there almost seems to be an abundance of employees, which in reality is neither “here nor there.”Overall though, it’s a nice bank to do business with.”
“I've been with HVFCU for 25 years. Always listened and resolved any issue that came up in that time. Great place to prequalify for any type of loan. Given good ammo to go out and car shop without getting ripped off-by having their terms in your hand to start with. Don't see myself leaving them so far.”
