“Had an alignment done on my pickup truck today (truck recently had new tie-rods installed and needed an alignment).
Stan Jr. done a great and super detail oriented alignment. Truck drives nicely and steering wheel is nice and straight. Highly recommend this place. Polite and nice staff too.”

“Being a popular high school jock that knows nothing about cars makes me an easy target for mechanics to take advantage of. Thankfully the team at Citywide is full of kind hearted men who always have the customers best interest in mind. My Nissan Altima with 250k miles on it was on life support. I brought her to Citywide and they brought my baby back to life. I broke down in Mahopac and had the pleasure of being towed by one of the owners Gary (Irish guy who pretends to be italian). He was at the scene within minutes and was super polite and helpful. The owner Mike (Goofty Italian Guy) and his team performed all the necessary work to keep my car running while keeping the cost low. I am thankful I have found my new family mechanic and will be a citywide customer for life.”

“My 23 year old son became stranded just off the Taconic Highway last night around 11 p.m. I live in Washington state so when my son phoned me saying his car had broken down, I was distraught. We were so fortunate that Valley Towing and Adam the driver and owner responded to my son's situation via AAA. I am forever grateful as Adam arrived before the 56 minutes AAA told us it would take. He transported my son's car and my son back to Poughkeepsie and not only tried to leave the car at the garage my son requested, but took him home when they found the garage closed. I walked in asking the young lady that works at the front desk for help because I needed to print some documents out for my vehicle to be released from The shop next-door, which is preferred auto that works with the state police on impounding and towing vehicles for them. I greeted the young lady and asked for help, and she immediately helped me out with no questions asked, I told her my situation about what is happening next-door She did not hesitate to assist me in what I needed to get done. Don was also amazing. He listened to my situation and help me try to get out of my situation as smoothly And as easy as possible and we’re able to get my vehicle out of the holding lot within three minutes. Alex, the driver showed up promptly and got to work and picked up my vehicle and we got out of there in no time.you will not be disappointed with this established give them a call they are there to help you even if it’s for the smallest thing.”

“My 2025 SUV MB Rental had a glitch and locked me out of the vehicle with the key on the seat. Enterprise kept trying to send companies through roadside assistance to open the door. NOONE wanted to come out and open my door. They were willing to tow my car to LGA with my personal items but not open my door. I called Lil Pete's on my own 8 hours later, since none of the Enterprise vendors were willing to come out. They sent someone out within a half hour. AJ was a complete angel. He opened my door in 5 minutes. He was such a sweetheart and a complete professional. The price was more than fair. Exactly what I needed after such a terrible day.”
